Deficiencies in cleanness in the bathroom and very different room quality . The staff is very friendly, even if not really seriously addressed complaints there is still a lot of potential upwards. Given the very cheap price and performance of the hotel, you can still recommend the hotel. As often as we have experienced in this hotel that a couple of two men who travels obviously always gets the most dirty room category: we had a apartment with, so literally: .....”exquisite view of the bay, beach and sea of Cala Llonga”booked ... Unfortunately, our room was only about one third as large as the really good rooms and the view was rather modest see photo .... When we had even two e-mails, we were also in the same way as the hotel. Emails asked directly to the hotel website about a room with beautiful views. Of course I advertised the room at the reception, unfortunately the lady working there was, otherwise very nice, not really able to come on and dress everything with the note we are booked. The next morning we had the opportunity to see the really good rooms which were at least three times so large and a excellent just the promised view of the sea and the beach. Well, at the award of the rooms sometimes is nothing to change and you have to add to his fate, really ugly was however the bathroom, I have added some pictures to illustrate this review. The beds in the bedroom were so far as well in the disadvantage was the incontinence on the mattress, which made one quite sweating, But probably the hotel has made its experience here and was intended to protect the more high-quality mattresses from body fluids. In the small kitchenette of the apartment was the most necessary.

Excellent hotel, location in small private street and very quiet area. Without children and all luxury rooms without missing details. Nespresso cafeteria with 4 capsules per night, a large bottle of water and a variety of infusions. You can choose the type of coat and breakfast with a variety of products and very friendly staff, fully recommended

On arrival we were greeted by the pleasant staff on reception. As a family of 6 we had booked 2 rooms and were expecting to be split up. We were delighted to be told we could have a family room. The room was in ‘M’ block which is at the very top of the property up a tonne of steps. A fair trade for a quiet family room. The room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony. We also had a lovely view. As this was my first time staying all inclusive I was worried about the food. I needn’t had bothered worrying. Every day there was a wide selection to choose from. My 3 boys definitely got their moneys worth. The hotel had a family friendly atmosphere with plenty for the kids to do. Maribel and Minerva the girls from the animaçion team did a brilliant job organising darts, ping pong, archery and shooting. On an evening the entertainment consisted of bingo, quizzes and local acts. The bar on an evening was lively but not noisy and the drinks were good. The hotel is located on one of Cala Llonga’s hills. The hill is steep and I’m glad we no longer have to deal with pushchairs. A steady walk to the bars and restaurants takes about 15mins and another 5 to the beach. We had a brilliant time and I can’t wait to return. Yes the hotel is on a hill. Yes there are insects. Yes the hotel needs a little tlc. It could be worse. You could be walking up a hill,to work,at home, in the rain.

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are great. We stayed in the suite with terrace and had a large terrace to sunbathe on. The bed was comfy and the room was kept clean at all times. The only issue we encountered with the hotel was a slow service. Check-in was very slow and our room wasn’t ready until after 3PM (stated check in time) which messed up our plans for our first evening. We did receive a fruit platter in our room as an apology though which was a nice touch. The bar service is incredibly slow. We once waited approximately 30 minutes for a bottle of cava and two glasses. With this being out of season, I wouldn’t want to think what it will be like in July/August. Overall, a stunning hotel and I would return out of season again but I do worry about the issues with service at busier times.

I had a fantastic time here. The staff were very accommodating, the room was big, cosy and quiet, the spa facilities were relaxing, and it was a 3 minute walk to the small town and beach. I can't wait to go back!

We had the superior deluxe panoramic sea view room. It was incredible. We loved using the hot tub every evening after dinner and the view was really nice. The site that we used to book this said there was a mini-bar in the room, which is not true. There is a small fridge, but it only has water in it. The staff at the hotel are great. The food was good, but it grew a bit tiresome after 5 days. We went ”all-inclusive” and I have NEVER been to an all-inclusive that didn't actually include everything. I couldn't get a margarita out of the slushy machine because I wasn't on the premium package. What is that?!! So disappointing. There isn't much to do here except lay in the sun. The pool is small and FREEZING cold. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which is a nice beach, but there is nowhere to sit. We asked the hotel staff if the lounge chairs on the beach were free and they said yes, but that's not true. Some lady came up to us and wanted 21 euros!! Then she made us move away from the chairs. The sign on the beach says you rent them for 18 euros, so I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running. All in all, this was a lot of money for not a lot in return.
