"Amazing hotel and staff. We went on a family holiday with 19 people from places all round the world. We had people from 2 to 75 so needed a hotel to suit all ages. We had one of the biggest rooms which was lovely and clean, beautiful view and a spa tub on the veranda. The entertainment every night was so good, a kids mini disco followed by adult entertainment, great shows. The buffet for food had a good variety. The massage hut was lovely! Great massage fe a good price. But overall the best was the staff. They couldn’t be more helpful. Every staff member walked around smiling, always happy to help and went over and above to be kind. Highly recommend it."

"My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, after having a negative experience at a more expensive hotel with more stars and on another beach in Ibiza. Check-in was quick. The room was basic, but a good size, comfortable. It had a large closet and luggage rack. A desk with a chair and an armchair. A balcony with chairs and a table. A side view of the sea. The sheets were clean. The towels were adequate. The floor coverings and finishes were somewhat old and worn. But everything was clean. The breakfast buffet is served in a huge space with a view of the sea and the pool. There's a lot of variety. The juices from the vending machine are really bad, as is the coffee. But there are teas and hot chocolates. A variety of breads, cakes, and churros. Everything savory, classic eggs, and a variety of fruits. There are plenty of places to charge electronic devices. Dinner is also served there. The pool has live music, and there are several cocktail bars. And the sunset there can be enjoyed until late. Various types of outdoor furniture, armchairs, etc. The restaurant overlooking the sea is very good. They store luggage until any time in a large room. The access avenue has restaurants and gift and clothing shops, and a supermarket is across the street. Bowling is one block away. You can walk along the beach to other hotels and restaurants or along the main avenue. The taxi stand is 50 meters away, as is the bus stop to downtown Ibiza. You can even walk there. I would return to the hotel. I thought it was great and affordable."

"I booked a night club with my friend, and stayed for 2 hours in total. As a result, due to the error in the information, we were given a room where we couldn't even see the stage. We argued with the front desk for a long time and the service attitude was poor. Later, Ctrip realized that the room photos it provided were wrong and gave some compensation. I have to give a thumbs up to my black diamond customer service here."

"Location = beautiful setting, about 30 mins from airport/main part of the island. Beach directly outside/on sight isn't particularly large. beautiful sea setting tho. Beds and pool area is very nice. Breakfast is very nice. Room - I just am not a fan of the design of having the bathroom and bedroom together as one. I don't like that you can shower and be seen from the main bedroom. It doesn't particularly look that modern anymore. The rooms also should at this level has usb points (a or c) by the bed as standard, Gym = nice (although no legs machines). Service was fine. Not always easy to grab a taxi. We were having a problem locating one from a remote location late at night to return to the hotel. I called the hotel for assistance and they said they could not order a taxi for me outside the hotel (which was not the most helpful from a 5* hotel!). Other than that, it was a nice place to stay but not overwhelmingly so."

"We've just come back from a stay at La Cala hotel in Santa Eulalia. We've been quite a few times over the last 30 years and we had a fabulous stay this year. There's a lovely relaxed vibe, our room was great, overlooking the pool and nothing was too much trouble. We'd booked B&B but had a couple of meals in the hotel which we really enjoyed (next year we're booking half board). We also had a few lunchtime snacks which were delicious. Breakfast was varied and good. The bar area is lovely, especially for a hierbas before dinner. The reception staff are amazing, very helpful and kind. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday. Thank you all at La Cala. See you next time."
