Hotel is questionable when you first pull up because entrance is off a dirt/gravel parking lot. However, once inside you will be pleasantly surprised! The hotel is rather spread out among dense greenery. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but shower was extremely small. Don't drop the soap :)! Breakfast was varied and pretty typical these days. Lunch and dinner were excellent and much better than across the road at the other hotel. Staff was exceedingly helpful and very, very pleasant! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it for the price. Go Victor, you were a delight!

The only accessible room of the hotel had a broken ac, a broken tv, no frigobar (although they left a menu with prices for the food that wasn’t there). It was impossible to wash your hands or teeth without ending up soaking wet from head to toes… They seem to think disabled people doesn’t deserve to enjoy a good holiday. They always forgot to bring towels. At the restaurant I’ve seen far better breakfasts at every hostel I’ve been to than in this so-called 4 stars hotel, lack of options in the menu in general. Location is not good at all if you don’t have a car. Not bad for a hostel or 2 stars hotel but would not recommend it. At least its price seems according to its services.

The hotel is very old and clearly has not been renovated in a while. The staff at the restaurant are super helpful and friendly, unfortunately the staff at the reception are not. Rude and not flexible. We arrived three hours earlier than check in and understood that only if a room would become available we would get it. The receptionist said she’d follow up but she didn’t. We had to come several times to the reception to check and still they couldn’t even know if the room was ready because housekeeping wouldn’t pick up the phone. This is clearly not a five stars hotel, mainly due to the attitude and lack of help and service from their receptionist Facundo.

The hotel is a very nice room for the hotel and is very nice and very nice. Super clean air in all rooms and LED TV . Sauna clean towels elements of toilet . Has a lot of green space a lot of vegetation. It is well located in the meters of the route . Super breakfast varied before 7 was served super complete . No ticket but it serves for winter or low season or for short trip

This hotel was booked for us by Planet Cruise as part of a whole S American Package. It was represented as a FIVE star hotel, and that it certainly isn't. We were somewhat down hearted when we arrived, the welcome was fine as was the Foyer, but the whole place looked as if it needed a coat of paint and a good clean. No help with the bags was offered. Our double room on the first floor (second in US terms) was large, but rather dingy and the carpet definitely needed a good shampoo. It seemed a bit isolated so we went for the Supper in the restaurant, which was best got from the extensive buffet, with good choices and as much as you could eat, and we ordered a bottle of wine, which we consumed over the next days - it appears that selling a GLASS of wine is not normal. Over the next two days this hotel grew on us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Five Stars it ain't by any measure, maybe 3 or 4, but the swimming poor and outside is delightful, the staff really willing and smiling, and the beds were comfortable. Over the next days

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, what impresses is the kindness with which you are received at reception and the excellent attention.Attention to any request or orders.They immediately send you all information about the timetables and services of the hotel. Hotel.The hotel is new,with spacious rooms,with everything necessary,even electric jar and tea bags, cooked mat,sugar and sweetener for a merendy, if you wish.Spacious baths with hairdryer and everything necessary.Patio with Very nice garden, clean pilet always and a bar from 18:00 where you can dine and drink something. Although something withdrawn from the center, a taxi costs $800 and around, omnibus to the center for $70.Destaco the detslle to ask us ,the day before our entrance, The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Because to get into reception and access to rooms there are only stairs.Thank you very much Inga for making our stay so pleasant! I superrecommend,We will surely come back.
