I have used a lot from business hotels to city hotels for work and sightseeing, but it was the top class customer service. I forgot the name, but the female employee who came to the front desk was very caring anyway. Such a pleasant customer service is Ku 々. It was cold and I was happy to respond when I asked for a blanket. The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind. I rarely give 5 stars by word of mouth, but this time I will give it a 5 star rating. It is one of the hotels I want to repeat.

I visited at the Hasami Pottery Festival. Since the pottery city was held in Arita, I am really grateful that the transfer route was arranged in a hurry and responded despite the full transfer bus. All the hotels were clean, and there were always beautiful fresh flowers with a sense of season, and I felt the warmth of the staff. It is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. The matcha was also delicious. I definitely want to stay next time at the pottery festival. Thank you very much to all the staff.

４０３ I stayed ２ in room. It was a consecutive night but it was delicious without the menu. However, it seems that the policy of giving rice and miso soup after eating the side dishes is not coming out until the end of eating rice and miso soup. It is better to ask the person who wants rice and miso soup immediately to say it first. The room is the lowest. The tatami mats that sink when you walk feel like a floor of a abandoned house. The toilet is beautiful, but it smells bad and feels bad. The refrigerator looks beautiful, but the door packing was black and dirty. The futon was already laid when entering the room, but the direction of the pillow was different every time.

The room was small but would work for a short-term trip. I was there for a month so it was a bit tight. Pillows were filled with plastic capsules and not all that comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The fridge was so so tiny. The bathroom was also small but the service was super excellent. Unless you pay for the extra service there is no breakfast included, I don't believe you can even pay there for a meal if you don't have the coupons. The beds were alright, and nothing really notable. I liked that there was laundry available, not expensive for a load. No microwaves in the room but there is a microwave in the laundry that works just fine. Very close to the train station and any food you may need to get. It is about a 30min walk to the front of the Main Base—taxi stalls right across the street from the hotel. The hotel desk did call us at like 20:00 to come to pay a bill since we were staying for so long but I wish they would have called earlier in the day to sort it out since we were already in bed for the night.

Serviced Apartment has 19 rooms, still very new. Recommend to choose the river side so that you can have a beautiful view.
