Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

Very clean… friendly staff! Breakfast is awesome! They offer a variety of options for breakfast with all the fixin’s!!!!

We were to stay at a sleep in and when we arrived we were told there wasn’t water and was being repaired. They didn’t anticipate having water until 1-2a.m. We ended up staying at the best western plus. I have to say anytime we stayed at a best western the stay has been very nice and comfort.

The staff was nice. The coffee maker in the room was broken and nonfunctional, but just a phone call to the front desk got me a replacement in less than 10 minutes. Good variety for breakfast. overall a very good low budget hotel.

This trip was not good! We were in a group - the night we checked in one of the other rooms had blood splatters on all the bedding/throw pillow. On night 3 of a 4 night stay we had no hot water when we returned around 10pm and the front desk staff completely refused to acknowledge the problem when we talked to them about it the next morning; said it's because too many people were showering. The most unhelpful staff I've met. Holes in the walls in hallway with wet carpet around them. It was bad enough that we packed up and left the 4th night and could not get any sort of help on canceling that night and/or crediting our card.

I thought housekeeping only came if you stayed a certain amount of days? Housekeeping entered my room without permission and I was only there for 2 days. And, as petty as it is, she stole my head scarf. A basic satin black head scarf. Not to mention the water wasn't hot just warm. I could wait to get home to shower.

Good parking, excellent staff, and a well-maintained room. Nice and warm during the winter when I stayed.

We stay at BWs often due to sports travel. Never had we encountered a hotel where the sheets were stained and smelled, the breakfast was consistently subpar (sausages were like hockey pucks, eggs dried out, potatoes cold, etc), no hot water for morning showers, our room started freezing (heating unit did not heat all the way), and the ********* smell was unbearable in the elevator and every floor. I requested a manager but was told every day there wasn't one available, or one there that day. They took down my name and number for a call from one, but it's been almost 2 weeks since our stay, and no call yet. I called today and again, no manager was available. I would discourage anyone from staying here. I am not picky with my hotels, but this was an awful experience all around.

First night we got in at 3am due to snow storm, we had 3 families in our group 3 rooms. One family checked in and when they pulled covers back to get into bed theu saw blood stains all over breakfast not the greatest, very crammed and congested in small area Water in room only luke warm first day Next night we got back in late and had no hot water at 11pm at night but just went with it. Woke up at 630 am next morning to take shower and could not get any hot water. Only cold. Turned off and waited a bit tried again. Nothing. Called front desk and she very rudley said well sir, it is sunday morning, people are showering and checking out. Wait an hour for water to recycle and heat back up. Im not convinced but wait another hour and still nothing. No hot water. Go down to front desk to complain and she was very rude asked for manager and none there. Others down eating breakfast also saying no hot water. She again said that hot water has to regenerate from all guests showering. Very rude and acting like i dont know what i am talking about. We stay in many hotels and never had this issue. On a different hall 1st floor found hole in wall as work was done on piping and carpet was wet. Obviously had problems with plumbing. Tried to get out of last night reservation but again she used the no manager on site to approve request. Still trying to contact management but no success, next will move onto corporate.Will not let me upload photos but have some of bedding and hole in wall&carpet

Great morning breakfast options, comfortable bed and very nice updated shower Room was very clean and the area was nice and quiet
