Super clean, quiet modern studio room with fabulous shower and comfy beds. Thoughtful planning of refurbishment. Check in was fraught as no access code had been emailed as we booked via app. Provision of breakfast had been withdrawn from listing between booking and arrival which was disappointing. Recommend.

The room was as described and was a comfortable base for a few days in Innsbruck. Location was in a nice square, but a bit further out from the city center (15 minute walk).
Two days before check in we received the relevant details (key codes etc.), but our follow up questions via Hotels chat, and then via E-Mail were answered almost a full day later - far too late. Given a digital-only concept, I found this response time unacceptable (knowing of course in a true emergency, we did have the option to call a phone number)

Amazing property. Great location. Close to train station. Allowed us to leave our bags here whilst exploring the town before a late departure.
