the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.

We were only there 1 night... the bed was very comfortable and it was pretty quiet. It's an older hotel but nice for the price.

The driver Willie C. Was excellent. He ensured that I had everything needed to be comfortable. He’s the driver, security and just all things needed to make sure guest are well taken car me of.
The breakfast cook was also on top of her job to have a nice breakfast spread before a long flight.

The review below describes the lack of a stay at this pre-paid Via ******* property.It is truthful and I hope any AI ******* processes are not blocking the review.
could not stay at the pre paid property because the hotel did not send a Shuttle that had room or at all to my Hotel Courtesy stop at the Dallas airport. Web site lists that they have a shuttle but every driver I asked said they did not go to that location or that they were full. I waited about 2 hours before giving up and paying to stay at another hotel. Called four separate times to the hotels front desk when they would occasionally answer and was assured that a Shuttle would come in 10-15 minutes to pick me up. This did not occur. Finally one representative at the hotel mentioned that the shuttle goes to other terminals first and if the Wyndman DFW shuttle did come by it was full. I had an early flight the next day and could not wait any longer. When I contacted the hotel front desk attendant on canceling the pre-paid reservation he said he could not do that and I had to contact ******* for any refund. I could not physically get to the hotel due to the Hotels limited or full Shuttle.

Nice clean place only complaint is room doesn’t have individual thermostat and the room gets cold at night they gave me a extra blanket which was good but I wonder how it would be when it gets hot outside and cold in winter so could be a deal breaker

Check in was easy , they allowed us to check in early with no problem. The property is under construction, our room was clean though. The restaurant and bar were nice, it’s going to be more upscale when everything is finished. The only problem I encountered was a discrepancy with the billing, they did fix the problem though .
