Situated beautifully by the Bosphorus, the hotel boasts well-decorated and comfortable interiors. Despite a breakfast discrepancy, where the included package was questioned by the manager despite our voucher, overall, it was a satisfactory choice.

Staff at all levels and in all shifts was just amazing. They went above & beyond usual duty to help with taxi’s, calling airport, arranging for COVID testing and directing us to healthcare facility.

A lovely stay. The staff were very kind, and attentive, from the moment I arrived. My room was small, so perfect for one. The bed takes up most of the space, so it would be a bit cozy for two people. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant was great, the entire hotel was spotless, and the location is perfect. It's on a busy street, but don't let that dissuade you. It's a short walk to the tram, or to the sites nearby. My only dislike was there is no security bar on the door, but there is a deadbolt. Most definitely, I will book my stay here in the future.

Good location

The lobby is very beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. There are many restaurants around. There is a popular grilled fish restaurant not far from the hotel with a long queue. The transportation is convenient. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the old town to take the tram, boat and bus. It's just that it's hard to call a taxi, and you can't even get an Uber. I highly recommend it. It's much better than staying in the old town.

Thank you Erhan Bey for your interest. The hotel is located in a nice place, 10 minutes walking distance to Galata, the rooms are nice, but they are a little small and you feel a little uncomfortable when passing trams, but it is not a very disturbing situation.

position is good to visit the old city the rest needs more attention from all personal, except the manager who was the only one very kind

I highly recommend the hotel primarily due to its outstanding location to touristic locations. However, It is important to highlight a concern regarding the room size and Given the hotel's proximity to a bustling street, it would be beneficial for the establishment to review room provisions to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests ( the area is loud)
