Grand Naki Hotel

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and checked every day. Provided with fresh stuff every day. Staff was all on hands and when you come back from your trips they provide you with coffee and water to relax you. I would recommend this place as it’s near to all the good places you could visit on a walking distance.

Very nice hotel at a very comfortable location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast is quite good. in the centre of all historical places. For sure will come back to have a great time in Istanbul.

The hotel is a decent stay for the money, clean and nice. The location is very close to Grand Bazaar, although you need to go uphill on a steep street. The room is very small and it took 2 days to make it warm, we needed to stay with the ac on non stop for it to be warm, the cleaning was made daily, changing the sheets, but very superficial cleaning. The breakfast is poor and not very tasty. They ran out of everything and most of the hot dishes were cold. They offered coffee and tea throughout the day for free. The area is safe and we didnt had any problems, you have a very good restaurant around the corner. All in all was a good stay.

The hotel itself it's really nice, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast was really good and rich of choice. We arrived early with a flight and they offered us breakfast even the day when it was not included, and at the time we finished it our room was already prepared for us! Also the receptionist was really nice and took care of our needs. The only downside was the transfer to the airport, which was a bit late, but at the end all ended good so it wasn't ruining our experience. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Excellent facility, clean and quite. The greatest thing of all though was the hosts mr. Ulvi, mr. Jabir and mr. Ali they were kind, respectful and made sure we were provided with everything we needed. They did everything human possible for us to enjoy our stay at the premises. When I visit the city again I will stay there 100%

Well, the photos online doesn't match the reality. it doesn't worth the price and far from representing a 3 STARS hotel. ( there are better hotels in the area with the same price). the location is good but you need to go down to get to the hotel and when you want to reach the main street, it's a long slope, so not suitable for old people who wants to walk or those having luggage. The rooms were small, not like described and not comfortable. we had to ask for changing the room as the beds were making noise in every move, the windows was in front off another rooms window, and when we changed it, we had a room not clean with terrible pillows and covers, and we could see a wall as a view, the ventilation was making a terrible noise. The breakfast was very basic and not tasty, they serve it in the lobby. Finally, the staff was nice and trying to make our stay as good as possible, that's the only positive thing I guess.

I would give 0 if i could. I did a riservation 20 days before and pre payed by western union, when i went there they sayed that all rooms were full . Very irresponsible and disrespectful. Never going again. Wouldn’t recomand at all. They told me and my family to sleep in their undergrould floor if i want. A room without windows and dark place. Horrible.

I had a big problem with the receptionist, he verbally attacked me and asked me to leave the hotel, because I brought my fiancée to the hotel. And when I was looking in the mobile for a copy of her passport, he spoke to a friend of his in Turkish and told him that I thought this place was a place to have sex, and when I heard that from him I spoke to him and he told him why he said that, but he attacked me with words until he asked me to leave the hotel, and in fact I left And from his fear of negative comment on the booking application, he asked me to continue for the rest of the booking days and he apologized , but an apology from a disrespectful person is not accepted.

EXCELLENT! Initially stayed there for 1 night and I requested to extend another night out of 14 days in istanbul. They however didn't have any rooms available so the reception helped me out as they have 2 hotels in the area. My first night I got the room at underground level, hence no windows. No problem for me. Because the room was quite spacious honestly for 1 person. It has 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed. Everything is clean, the ac, tv, minibar, hairdryer are working well. Water pressure is good and heater is working well. Had no issue with the room at all for sure,unless you would like a room with a view. WiFi was excellent. I had my online class and experience no lag. Breakfast provides you with various choices. It starts from 8am to 10.30am. They serve the typical cheese choices, hams, fruits like watermelon, apples, green grapes, omelet, fried stuffs, çay and sicak cikolata n coffee machine available too. They have water dispenser avail 24/7 as well so u can easily refill. Their sıcak çay is also served 24hr for free. You just have to ask them if it's ready or not. The location of the hotel is PERFECT. Just 3mins walk up the hill 😭 u can find cemberlitas tram Station to the right side from hotel door, (but good for you to exercise haha). It will be less hilly if you go from the left side and u will pass by alot of restaurants and 2 supermarket like A101 & Şok, and 2 eczane. There's dessert restaurant nearby too. Either way left or right u still end up at the tram station. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Always ready to serve you and provide you with anything. By which my request to extend another night ended me staying here for the whole 14 days. Bcs they were afraid I'd be uncomfortable with no window room hence they wanted to send me over to their scnd hotel with room at the upper floor. But I told them it's fine this way thus I stayed here 2 weeks. Got the chance to befriend the staffs and have a chat. The housekeeping ablaları were so kind too. They come and clean your room everyday unless you don't want to. They are also the one handling all the kitchen stuffs and breakfasts. The hotel have laundry service but I wasn't sure of the prices. Bir de, the hotel has seats outside so you can sit with the nice weather and wind blowing. At the lobby they have sofas too which I find nice. Aslında you can bring your own food and eat them at the breakfast area too at night. Oh, theres one small blue Market right infront of the hotel if you feel hungry at night and want to get some snacks bcs the hotel has no room service. Only free çay maalesef. Also for the location it is very near to sultanahmet. If by train it's just 1 station away. If you want to save money, walking ard maybe 10mins (to the right side from hotel) is better option. If you want to go to Grand bazaar area you just have to go to Beyazit Station, 1 station away to the left side. You can go to Karakoy with the tram too. Don't worry there's a reload place for your i
