It is a decent hotel it’s definitely older and I wouldn’t say the sea views are the same as in photos, we did not have hot water just luke warm and the manager was extremely rude and did not accommodate had to book another hotel next day and wait to bathe.

Good and good

This hotel is very bad. I have stayed in so many five-diamond hotels and I have never seen such shameful service and hygiene. I have a sensitive constitution and am very sensitive to hygiene. I just entered the hotel room to unpack my luggage and lay on the bed. After a while, my whole body started to itch, and my skin was bleeding when I scratched it. I checked that the sheets were old, poor quality, and the walls were dusty and moldy. When I pulled the curtains, they were full of dust. The bedside lamp was old and broken inside, and there was dust in every corner. I asked the guest room manager to come and communicate on the spot and said that he could change my room. But when I went to see it, all the rooms were equally dirty, even the room manager. I had bad breath. I sprayed the smell on my face and passed out. After communicating with the customer service manager for an hour, he was unwilling to check out and refused to refund a single point. I couldn't bear to check out and left. I lost 3 days' room charge. Even if it was dirty, I was still stern and refused to refund the money. The room manager said that it was no problem if it was so dirty. It could only mean that they were used to it. For the same room price, Conrad is much better than other hotels. I have really learned my lesson. I will never look at hotel pictures in the future. They are all photoshopped. The venue was dirty, messy, narrow and poor. The noise from the street outside the bar was so loud that my ears were deafened.

Although the hotel was built in 1990, the rooms are very new and the service staff are very enthusiastic. It is a good hotel choice. There are many good restaurants next to the hotel. I highly recommend a restaurant called Patrick.

The hotel was great in terms of location, breakfast and customer dialogue. The only thing missing was olives on the floor of the room, so I gave it a low score for cleanliness.

The service is good. The lobby staff will take the initiative to ask if you need any help. However, the music in the bar downstairs is very loud and can be heard in the room. Fortunately, it is quiet during bedtime and the bed is very comfortable and easy to sleep on.

The hotel is comfortable, perfect and hassle-free. Being in the city center is also a great feature.
