friendly staff, great entertainment poolside and evening. Breakfast served indoors Pool bar and snacks from 10am. Lunch time buffett outside by the pool lots of selection . Evening has world theme food eaxh night. Rooms are large and spacious. We had two floor apartment with tv in each room, two bathrooms, two mini fridge, lots of wardrobe storage. One room looked at the sea, the other room had pool view. Highly recommend for families. There is a shop there but outside the hotel a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The management team very helpful and accommodating. We celebrated two birthdays there. On the day the coch arrived to take us back to the airport it was very emotional. The management team came out helped us waited to wave us off. As a family with children you wouldn't want to go elsewhere in Rhodes

i had a lovely experience at this hotel. we arrived in the evening and the staff left us sandwiches and drinks for arrival. me and my partner shared a sea view double room - and when i say this view was amazing it was amazing! the air conditioning was on at our arrival and the room was spotless. beds comfy and sheets clean. the house keeping staff were friendly and cleaned our room to a lovely standard. the bathrooms were a little bit dated but had a huge mirror which was nice. small things to point out - our fridge was not working (easy fix at reception but we did not bother as this was not going to be used) the hotel was clean and staff were so friendly and welcoming! i often asked at reception for advice on travel and sightseeing and they did not fail to indulge me. the pool was lovely and clean - we always had a sunbed even going to get one at 11am/2pm. there are ice cold water refill stations around the pool which was handy. tables and sun shade at mostly every sunbed. the bar staff were lovely - they had a all inclusive menu which was wide - and then a other menu that you had to pay for. only thing is the que’s can get very long for the bar - this is why we opted for mainly water refill stations as me and my partner and not huge drinkers. for lunch it is served outside - alternatively there is a snack bar which serves gyros, bacon and cheese burgers, hummus and veggie pitas and salads and sandwiches all day. the food was BEAUTIFUL! you get seated to your table for both breakfast and dinner - on gala themed night they presented us with a glass of fizzy. at dinner you get asked what drink you would like and staff get this for you. the dinner was so tasty and catered to everyone. i have not had food this good at an all inclusive restaurant before. me and my partners favourite nights were definitely asian and italian. we did not bother going out for dinner as the food was so so lovely. the beach in front of the hotel was nice - not busy and there are sun beds to hire. €15 for 2 sun beds for the day. stoney beach but i prefer this personally. the young girl taking money for the beds was lovely - helped me with busses and recommend me the best beaches. 2 shops and a few restaurants and bars next to the hotel. location was not my favourite - this was the only thing that let me down. being on the west side the breeze was lovely during the hot days - however the hotel was far away from everywhere i personally wanted to visit once i arrived and got recommendations. buses are hard to get as they no longer accept people to buy tickets on the bus - you need to source these from a machine and you have to walk up to the main ***** which was a bit of a walk - so we opted for the hotel bus which goes to rhodes. see below. the hotel can book taxi’s for you and were happy to this this - a taxi was €15 to rhodes town and a short 15 minute drive - talking to the taxi drivers was a highlight for me - they were lovely and i learned a lot ab

We travelled here with Jet 2 on an all inclusive package. Beautiful hotel, on a pebble/shingle beach. There are some local shops/supermarkets over the road from the hotel. Easy enough to get into local areas such as Ialyssos or Ixia, or to Rhodes Town. The family room we had was spacious, with a lovely sea view. There was plenty of storage space, a hairdryer and a kettle - the addition of a fridge was very useful. The rooms were cleaned daily, beach/pool towels are provided free and can be changed 3 times in a week. The pool area was clean & immaculately kept, with a smaller area for younger children, and a fully covered pool for very young children. The lifeguards are friendly and approachable, and ensure everyone is safe too. There is the usual water/pool entertainment through the day if you want to join in (we didn't). The evening entertainment was lovely to watch - the team work very hard to offer quality shows that appeal to all ages. Food was beautifully presented, and there was always plenty of choice at every meal. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant - the child-sized buffet for younger guests and freshly made breakfast pancakes went down particularly well with our small person. Lunch is served outside in the covered area overlooking the pool. Bottled water is available at all meals, as well as any drinks on the bar menu. (One night there was an option to buy a bottle of local wine - it was gorgeous & we finished the bottle out near the pool.) The all inclusive drinks list had more than enough choices, including local beers, wines, spirits, mixers, soft drinks and cocktails. Cold water dispensers are available throughout the outdoor area, with either paper cups or fill your own bottle. We are usually quiet particular about travelling... Which is why genuine reviews are important... The thing that made this holiday brilliant, and especially this hotel - is the incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble - from the reception staff to housekeeping - everyone was warm and welcoming. For example, there was an issue with the patio doors not locking mid-way through the holiday - it was fixed within an hour. We'd like to say thanks to Stamatis for so brilliantly looking after the bar and us - thank you for some great suggestions! In particular, our heartfelt special thanks go to Paniagiotis and Sofia who were so welcoming and helpful throughout the holiday. You both always made the time to talk to us and our nephew. We especially cannot thank you both enough for your help and advice when our nephew was unwell. You both helped to make the flight home much less stressful for all of us! Thank you.

Recent 7 night trip, family room was nice and big, no complaints with the room other than the cleaners knocking from 7am onwards to get in! Which is not ideal when I had a toddler still sleeping. Pool area is brilliant, no complaints. We were all inclusive, however, choose not to eat at the hotel as the food was always cooked in sauces etc not ideal for small children. Staff approachable, however, not very friendly, I feel it was a case of if your face fits! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the shops, the area has a lot of derelict buildings around and the beach was terrible, not suitable for small children, there is no sand just pebbles. I won’t return to this hotel or area

We've just returned from the Atlantica Princess Hotel, Rhodes, where we spent 10 nights, on a Tui All Inclusive holiday, flying out of Cardiff. A really nice Hotel, that is advertised as 4*. Our room was on the top floor, with a large balcony overlooking the pool and was really spacious, with an ensuite bathroom and WC. The room was spotless and cleaned meticulously every day. The only point, that others have made, is the hallways and corridors are quite dark and the carpets are tired looking. Another issue, albeit not that significant, is the fact that there are only two lifts serving the four floors, one of which is extremely small, holding four persons max, so delays can be inevitable. The entrance foyer and lounge areas are very large and accomodating, with a small shop situated near the main lift. Again, as my comment on the hallways stated, whilst the furniture is very comfortable, the seating looks a little tired, but does not detract from the overall ambiance. Off this area, is the main restaurant, where breakfast and dinner is served. The room is very large and functional, but could benefit from some updating. The food served here was varied, plentiful, with many themed nights, the waiters and servers were so attentive and the table service was first class. Lunch was served outdoors in a separate area, again it was buffet style, with the same variety of different options as the main restaurant. Here too, the servers and waiters were brilliant and nothing was any trouble for them. The pool is situated in this outside area, it is a large pool with plentiful numbers of sun loungers. However, you will need to place your towels on your chosen loungers early, as there were issues, when we were there, of people placing their towels on loungers at 8.00am but then not using them until mid afternoon, a practice that the Hotel should stamp out. In this outside area, there is a Bar plus a separate snack bar. The bar was very busy and the blonde haired lady, who worked there, was brilliant, very welcoming and knew her stuff and certainly worked so hard, a true credit to the Hotel Organisation. The snack bar, served kebabs, burgers, hotdogs, chips etc., and was also very busy throughout the day. Approximately 150 metres from the Hotel is a pebble beach with sunbeds and a small Bar/Food outlet. There is a charge to use the beds here, I think it was €8 a day, I'm not 100% sure as we didn't like the pebble beach and used the Hotel pool every day. The true bonus at this Hotel is the staff! Without exception, they were friendly, welcoming and truly a credit to the Hotel. Nothing was too much bother and whoever you met, you would be met with a broad smile and a very warm welcome, whatever time of day or night it was. I have to mention a few staff members who stood out as being so friendly: firstly there was Alex, he was the 'Maître d'hôtel' at the restaurant, the most efficient and welcoming person I have had the fortune to meet, he made us feel special

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Just return from family holiday. Clean, spacious room. We had 2 floor family room, was perfect for our needs. Food was tasty but repetitive. Fridges weren’t ever stocked, not even with water which was a little annoying but no other negatives really. Great location for sight seeing. Brill holiday!

Check in was very quick and friendly. My wife and I were shown to our room and helped with our luggage which made a nice change. The room looked like it was freshly decorated and was well equipped, spacious, and very clean, with a stunning sea view from the large balcony. looking at the layout of the hotel, it looks like every room has a balcony with a decent view of either the sea, or over the pool and gardens, then the green hills of the island beyond. After settling in we went down to the pool and had a few cocktails served by Christina, one of the friendliest, and certainly quickest bartenders I have ever encountered. We were staying all inclusive and the cocktail list was large and varied, probably about 14 to chose from? The beer, wines, spirits, soft drinks, coffees and ice creams were also decent quality. Next to the pool bar was a small food bar serving chips, gyros, Greek salads, fruit salads and other snacks from when breakfast finished until dinner begins. So you can get food outside of the set dining times which was useful. We never had to queue for food or drinks for any longer than 2 minutes, and that would have been during the busy times. The hotel was also fully occupied during our stay. Breakfast. In the main dining area, you are shown to your table by the maitre de who was a lovely bloke. Excellent choice of hot and cold food, including plenty of vegetarian and healthy choices. Lunch. In the poolside dining area, again you are shown to your table by another maitre de, I think he was called Nikos, who was also a lovely bloke. Excellent choice of hot and cold food including awesome salads, and the choice changed everyday which was great. You were also provided with drinks table service where you could order anything, not just wine and beer. How the staff served so many people so quickly could be only marvelled at. Dinner. Back in the main dining area, again you are shown to your table by the same maitre de from breakfast. Drinks table service. Excellent choice of hot and cold food, and some nights were themed, including Greek, Italian and Tex-Mex. But on all those nights a wider choice was always there, including the kind of favourites kids liked. The variety and quality of the food was superb, and EVERY single member of staff was friendly and great at their job. The pool was great, clean & safe, plenty of sunbeds, parasols, chairs and tables. Two separate pools for the kids, one which had a large sun cover. Big play area with decent quality climbing frames, slides, swings, goal nets, etc. The gym was well equipped and virtually empty when I used it. There is a well-stocked shop in the hotel foyer selling gifts, snacks, drinks and the sort of stuff some folks forget to pack. There is a rep from Rodos car hire, the main rental company on Rhodes. We hired a car for a couple of days and got a very good deal. No fuss, no drama. The beach is about 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel entrance. I think the hotel has sunbeds and p

I have just got back and loved it. There was 2 of us and we had a family room which was good. The food was amazing and so was the entertainment. The door knob on the toilet door was squeaky and felt like it was about to come off. The entertainment team was amazing especially Mo who I liked. The manager was kind and he was there every single day and night.

From the moment we walked in, late at night, we were greeted with warm smiles, snacks and drinks left out for us. This continued throughout our time there, from the waiting staff, cleaning staff to upper management constantly patrolling and making sure we had all we needed. Food was delicious and plentiful and varied, there was always plenty on the snack bar and drinks in abundance whenever needed. The entertainment staff were always on hand getting people involved. The rooms were large and clean and kept that way during our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again. Many thanks to all who made this holiday so lovely. Special thanks to Panagiotis and to Cristina in the bar, both always smiling! As were all the staff. Please pass on our warmest wishes.
