Nice and spacious room with a private onsen, with a view on Mount Fuji. It was quiet and able to appreciate nature. Food is limited around apart from the two restaurants and if you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, except if you want to stay within the hotel different building and the Marriott.

Really good place to getaway. Was amazed by the amenities and how well kept the room was. So clean and new, onsen was amazing as well. Air was certainly very fresh.

Everything is good, except that the facilities feel a bit old. Kids room is not fun at all and smelled like old building. If there are more activities can be done as family (like karaoke, movies etc.) then it will be much better.

The hot spring was fantastic! While the location was a bit inconvenient, it was great to be surrounded by nature. Dinner, perhaps because my expectations were high, felt a bit lacking in portion size, but the taste was delicious.

Location was pretty far from town, need a car, and note not to bring your luggage during checkin! Rooms are far away from the frontdesk! Cleaniness can be improved, I saw a tiny cockroach but other than that, all good. Service was ok, no complaints but could be warmer for this class of hotels Facilities were ok, went to Mariott for their "onsen pool" the one with swimsuit but was disappointed thats not heated. Onsen was ok. Sunset was gorgeous with Fuji in the backdrop! (saw this from Mariott)

Great layout of the resorts, however it would be a bit of challenging to walk towards the lobby building due to uphills slope from your own lodging units. Breakfast menu -staying the same for past 4 days, which makes it very dull. Zipline is not operating throughout our stays of 4 nights, it's the attraction that we intended to enjoy staying in this resort
