I was satisfied with the room and the environment. However, the staff's attitude was terrible. At the time of booking, we had planned to pay about 150,000 yen for 7 adults, with drinks at the restaurant costing about 10,000 yen, so we estimated the total bill to be about 160,000 yen. When we checked out, the bill was over 190,000 yen. I thought it was strange, but I paid and received the bill, then went back to my car to check. In addition to the two rooms we had used, there was a room number for which I had no recollection, and the bill had been increased by about 30,000 yen. I returned to the front desk, explained the situation, and confirmed that it was a mistake. However, the staff showed no remorse and said, "We will refund the difference. That's 30,000 yen. Please confirm. It was a blatant response that made it hard to believe they had made a 30,000 yen billing mistake. At the end, one of the young staff members said they were sorry, but the attitude up to that point was disappointing. I think mistakes do happen in the service industry, but there was no sincerity at all. By the way, the restaurant staff's service was also very unfriendly, and the explanations of each dish in the course were extremely inappropriate. It was a trip to celebrate my parent's 60th birthday, but it left a bad memory. I will never go again.
