Service was top-notch 💯, and the hot springs were really relaxing. Best of all, the hotel was quiet and very peaceful.

Although it's a 3-star hotel, the service here is better than any 5-star hotel I've stayed in. I had been traveling for a while and needed to do laundry, so I asked the hotel for a solution. They offered to wash my clothes for me, and when I insisted on paying at checkout, they refused to charge me. One morning at breakfast, I accidentally spilled juice. A staff member immediately brought me a new kimono and directed me to a nearby restroom to change. By the time I returned, everything had been cleaned up. There were also small touches, like when I came back from hiking, they proactively cleaned my trekking poles for me. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The food was also exquisitely prepared and incredibly satisfying for a foodie like me. I had a private hot spring bath, and soaking in it at night while stargazing, or in the morning while enjoying the mountain views, was pure bliss. Because of this hotel, I fell in love with Izu.

Been coming to this hotel for over a decade. It's always spotless, with a lovely hint of Japanese wood fragrance. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The room was okay, though a bit dated. Dinner was average, but the service was excellent, and the outdoor hot spring was a real highlight.

I highly recommend this onsen ryokan! Among traditional Japanese hot spring hotels, its facilities are quite new. The garden environment is beautiful and the service is superb! The food might not look like a huge portion at first glance, but there are many dishes and it's definitely filling and delicious. The wasabi-themed dishes are especially unique.

This was the hotel we were most looking forward to in Izu. The day we arrived, a young man from the entrance ran over to help us with our luggage from a distance. We were really excited about dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. We even paid extra for a lobster sashimi and sake, which was excellent! The room itself was quite simple, but the entire hotel environment was beautiful and clean. The check-out experience was also very unique and a pleasant surprise.

Perfect! Words can't describe our experience. It was simply beautiful, showcasing the best of Japan: courtesy, cleanliness, meticulous attention to detail, and exquisite cuisine. This is the hometown of the Izu Dancer, and wasabi is cultivated right down the mountain. The hotel told a story about wasabi from beginning to end...
