Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

The hotel has a beautiful surrounding environment, the rooms are rustic and have fireplaces, the restaurant offers free hot water and coffee, and you can also use a microwave to heat food. It's about a 10-minute walk from Deer Antler Park.

There were rats and cockroaches in the room, the toilet was broken, there was no waiter at the front desk, and it took more than half an hour to make breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was still broken. It's not even as good as a 5,000 RMB express hotel. Don't stay at this hotel, it's garbage. The good reviews are all lies. It cost 15,000 RMB for three nights. I called Ctrip the next day to complain and asked for a refund for two nights. Very noisy room. Both from neighboring rooms, and maintenance staff working late into evening and early in morning. Cleanliness inadequate in room with zero effort to clean under bed, other hard to reach places. Even a random pill was on the floor by the dresser.

Overall good stay and good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly! My biggest complaints are about comfort- the beds were horrendous and if you are like me and don’t sleep well already, this may not be the best place to stay. Stiff, springy mattresses and flat/lumpy pillows need updating. The temperature in the room was difficult to control as well- it was either way too hot or too cold, that could’ve been user error though. Finally, the WiFi just didn’t connect most of the time to my devices.
