Found the water cold and the hair dryer not working well. Told the receptionist to do something about them. When we came back, all was taken care of. Outside and behind the hotel are many eateries.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations.
However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.

The room is still big, but the sanitation is average, and the front desk didn't tell me in advance that we have to call room clean before 12 o'clock to clean it, so we didn't deal with the garbage in the past two days. Other services at the front desk of the hotel are still very good, and can help call a car. But it is not convenient to do laundry. There are only two washing machines, so it is not easy to do laundry. Everyone rushes to do laundry. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, which is very convenient, and the breakfast is average. Traveling is not very convenient, you can only take a taxi, the bus station is far away, there is a little scenery nearby, and it is also very close to Sunrise Peak. The hotel swimming pool is fun.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is within walking distance of Udo and Seongsan Sunchulbong Peak, and there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient.
Overall, it is a decent value for money hotel with no obvious shortcomings. The boss can speak Chinese and it is quite convenient to communicate via WeChat. The surprise is that in the sea view room, you can see the haenyeo directly in the room.

pretty good location wise, walking distance to the seongsan ilchulbong peak. there is also a big outdoor parking lot next to the hotel. one impt thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in Nov and u have to keep the window open to cool down the room. however, this stay is located above/ right next to a grilled fish shop. so ur room will smell fishy and oily if you open the windows to air it during the restaurant's opening hours. they provide air freshener. also, when they cleaned our room, the cleaner took away all our spare empty plastic bags (that we planned to reuse, just used to store our toiletries and clothes); when we called the receptionist to ask about it- we struggled to converse because they don't understand much english. so rmb to keep ur spare plastic bags tucked in ur luggage beforehand. on the bright side, when we checked out we asked the receptionist for a spare bag of sorts and he was nice and gave us 1 grocery plastic bag (the one u put apples in) that was meant to store his own stuff.

The boss is really nice
The adapter I brought was broken. I asked him where to buy one and he gave me one.
They also helped to make an appointment for luggage delivery. It was really cool not to have to change hotels with luggage.

It's very good, with great sea views. There are convenience stores and haenyeo restaurants nearby, and there is a barbecue restaurant further away. Except for the inconvenient transportation, you need to take a taxi or walk for more than 20 minutes to get to the bus station.
There were smart toilets and large-screen TVs, with at least more than 200 channels, and I stopped watching them after that.
There is a pot to cook instant noodles and so on, which is quite comfortable.
Although it faces the sea and it's still windy and rainy outside, the double-layered floor-to-ceiling glass is super thick and the sound insulation is so good that you can't hear the wind. The room is very warm, and you can adjust the temperature. It's too hot to sleep at first, so just turn it down and it'll be fine.
Many Koreans drive here to stay. It is very quiet at night. The receptionist is friendly and has already recommended the hotel to friends.

This hotel is unique and artistic compare to other standard hotel. The room are more industrial design and they have a bar and cafe in the hotel area. You can rent a bicycle to cycling around Seongsan with a reason prices and the area have some restaurants as well. At night the hotel light up very Instagram. I think these hotel is quite new except air-con only available in summer time so have to open the windows to get some air but it means you can heard the noise from outside specially in the morning lucky the area are more quiet compared to other hotel I stay in Jeju. They provide big towel, hand towel and bathmat.

Its a budget hotel so its important to set your expectations right. Facilities and carpets are old, they only offer occasional room clean up, otherwise clean sets of towels and water will be dropped at your door every other day. Towels are old and sometimes smell. The toilet glass might not be well blurred so if you need privacy with your roommate do keep that in mind. Otherwise, staff are kind and helpful, speaks fluent English and there is a convenience store just at the lobby. They have also recently adopted a cute dog that was abandoned by previous owner so they are all kind hearted people. The view is great if you choose the ocean view as you can see the Seongsan Sunrise Peak Park directly from your balcony. There are numerous great food choices in the area but it could be inconvenient when it rains so plan wisely! Thank you hotel staff for the hospitality!
