Clean and attentive service. There is a 24-hour convenience store in the lobby. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the room. You need to bring your own. Great location and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, and even gave us a 10,000 won voucher. Only problem is the room windows are quite low, and is a potentia falling hazard. During the winter, as the aircon is not working, the windows are left ajar. If you feel too cold and want to close the windows and travelling with kids, it is quite dangerous with the low windows
