The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay. They accommodated us in every way possible. We had a room with a view of New York City. It was amazing.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice but not enough seats so had to take our food to the room. Only complaint is the hot water was lukewarm at best so no hot showers and the only place they had drinking water was on the second floor in the gym.
