i was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the rooms were very nice, the toiletries top notch not only for Israel but for worldwide, the porch of our was extra large with a beautiful view and very comfortable lounging chairs and ottoman, the complimentary wine in the room was delicious, housekeeping was very on top of their job and room was very clean. the food was my biggest surprise, what a huge variety, and how tasteful, both in presentation, but most importantly in taste, both during the weekend and during the week, we will without a doubt return when we are there next. if you are thinking between waldorf and this, don't think, definitely stay here.

Good was absolutely fantastic. So was the service. Particularly Mr. Saleh at the reception, Mr. Anan at the restaurant and Mr. Mohammed in the room cleaning. Absolutely wonderful. The building is beautiful but you can tell it’s hard to upkeep such a historic place. In my room the lights inside the closet didn’t go out and the handheld shower wasn’t working abd 4 days after I reported it they had done nothing about it. Turndown service is a nice detail. TV has not many channels and needs to have access to Netflix, YouTube and other more modern options. Finally it’s all a little chaotic on Shabbat. Nevertheless the staff made it all worthwhile and the place is a true historical landmark with value of its own.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.

We checked in to this hotel hoping it was everything their write and pictures indicated. We were not disappointed. Completely renovated rooms, in room safe and a very nice bathroom with shower stall. It is in a perfect location to walk to the Western Wall in 10 minutes. Right around the corner is Ben Yehuda St where a lot of activity happens. You can take the train from Ben Gurion Airport to Central Station Jerusalem for 18 nis and hop on the tram for 4 nis on Jaffa at and get of at the stop called City Hall There is a roof top pool to relax around. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

Perfect location 10 mintus walting to each place, amazing stuff , very patient and very helpfull for everything we needed. great breakfast , at the room we found sweets and fruits for my birthday, water and espresso coffee machine , there is also underground parking . A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

Hello, the Hostal team is very nice, cooperative and understanding. we just slept there, it was ok , if you are annoyed with noise , ask to have a bck room that is not headed to the main street. the location is wonderful. close to many places. i have loved it , i will definately come back again. we were 5 people , family.

Near Jerusalem City, 20min walk from the old town. In the women's room, I found that there was little room between the capsules, difficulty to pass through the corridor when someone looks in his business. 2 showers and 2 functional toilets for at least 40 capsules(I didn't count). Otherwise well-sonic capsule and clean hotel. I recommend

There is no parking lot but the location is particularly good. Near the pedestrian street, it is also very close to the old town. There are two or three tram stops, and you can walk. The boss is a grandfather, and the person is very nice. The breakfast category is also quite rich, and there are hot foods that Chinese people can eat.
