Hampton by Hilton Ji'an

As soon as I got out of Ji'an Station, I was soaked by the rain in Ji'an. It took me 20 minutes to get there even with the drip. I came to the front desk at 19:00 in the evening. The beautiful receptionist asked me about my room requirements attentively. Not only did she quickly help me with the check-in procedures, but she also helped me with the non-smoking floor, upgraded my room to a deluxe room, and provided me with welcome fruits. I was able to change my wet clothes and shoes as soon as possible and take a comfortable hot bath. The next morning, I had no time to wait for the courier to pick up the goods in order to catch the high-speed train. The beautiful receptionist "Xiao Yin" on the early shift kindly took over the items I wanted to send and asked me to leave my personal information, which solved my problem of not being able to wait for the courier to pick up the goods. As for the room facilities and breakfast, I don't need to elaborate on the high level of the Hilton Hampton series, as the pictures can illustrate it. However, the warm service of the two local beauties mentioned above, in addition to the service operating standards, also requires people's inner enthusiasm and empathy for service, which is the most noteworthy thing about this stay experience. Before leaving, "Xiao Yin" also prepared water and fruits for easy consumption during the trip, and also prepared a membership card holder, which is the first warm service I have seen in the Hilton Hampton series, which made me overjoyed.

This stay was a good experience. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. Welcome fruit and milk were given when checking in. Fruit was also given when leaving the hotel. The hotel staff had a good service attitude. Xiao Wang at the front desk was enthusiastic in service.
