Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, the service is attentive, and the facilities are complete. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. We arrived at noon and they helped us arrange an early check-in. We were also able to extend our check-out until 2 PM. There's a park right next to the hotel, and they even show outdoor movies by the lake in the evenings!

During a trip to Jiangyin, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm service at the Huangjia Sheraton. A big thank you to Cara at the front desk – she was incredibly kind and genuine, handling our check-in with meticulous care. Her perfectly thoughtful service was a welcome relief from travel fatigue, a rare and delightful treat on our journey.

My first stay at a Sheraton, and I had a pretty good experience. Even though it's an older hotel, over 10 years old, the facilities are still in good shape. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactively offered assistance, even giving me a small gift. A special shout-out to Sun Yuke for their dedicated and thoughtful service!

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's beautiful garden landscape. Cary at the front desk was warm and courteous, making the check-in process quick and smooth. She even proactively pointed out the garden's highlights. However, the breakfast restaurant service was extremely subpar; I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. All 5-star service was exclusively from the front desk and housekeeping staff.

Front desk staff Liu provided warm and friendly service, making me feel right at home. The front desk team was enthusiastic and thorough, handling check-in and check-out very efficiently. They were patient and meticulous when answering my questions, and always polite. My entire experience was comfortable and thoughtful, leaving a fantastic first impression. Definitely five stars!

The hotel's small garden is lovely! Luna at the front desk recommended the executive room, which was a great deal and included double executive privileges and a breakfast buffet.

Taking advantage of the holiday, I visited Jiangyin and stayed at the Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel. Cara at the front desk was professional and incredibly warm. She quickly completed the check-in process and thoughtfully informed me about nearby attractions. Her attentive service really helped alleviate my travel fatigue, and the detailed service left a lasting impression, creating wonderful memories for this trip to Jiangyin.

Highly recommended, 10/10! I particularly want to praise Cara. She was smiling throughout, checked us in super fast, and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. She proactively informed us about breakfast times and local travel tips. She's beautiful, kind-hearted, and has fair skin – truly the face of the hotel! Gentle yet professional, her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful!
