Highlights first: A huge shout-out to Front Desk Manager Sky Wang! He displayed utmost professionalism, proactively upgrading me to a deluxe room (which was new, quiet, and had a thoughtfully stocked minibar). As I checked in close to midnight and most restaurant staff had finished their shifts, he went above and beyond to get me ice. His genuine dedication and warm service were truly impressive. A serious, undeniable flaw, however: On the second day morning shift, an older female front desk staff member (who didn't introduce herself) exhibited an extremely poor attitude. This completely ruined my overall stay. Such service is utterly unacceptable for any five-star hotel!

It's the 'Awakened by a Dream Hotel,' and it deserves a massive thumbs up! 👍 Dragging myself out of the airport at 1 AM, utterly exhausted, I called the hotel on a whim, and to my surprise, they immediately offered to arrange a pickup! The driver arrived in no time, proactively helped us with our luggage, and spoke softly the entire way, mindful not to disturb our rest. Truly exceptional service! The pleasant surprises continued upon arrival at the hotel! The lobby was designed with a minimalist yet chic aesthetic, and the warm lighting created a wonderfully comfortable ambiance – exactly my style! A smiling front desk attendant greeted us, swiftly processed our check-in, and thoughtfully offered warm water. She gently explained the arrangements for the next day, maintaining a patient and kind demeanor throughout. All our travel fatigue instantly melted away! The room itself was beyond impressive – spotlessly clean, as if brand new. The bed linen had a faint, fresh scent, and the bathroom was immaculate. A hot shower there was absolutely blissful and restorative! Choosing to stay here for our layover was an absolutely brilliant decision! Many thanks to the hotel for picking us up in the early hours, and to the front desk attendant and driver for their incredibly thoughtful care.
