It was a bit noisy at night, but closing the window helped. If you're a heavy sleeper, it won't be an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room facing the other direction! There are plenty of hotpot restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service, plus the food is pretty good."

A special thank you to Yulia for her attentive and timely service throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. I have two minor suggestions: due to the abundant vegetation, there were quite a few mosquitoes, so I hope regular pest control can be enhanced. Also, the light switch layout in the room is a bit complex and hard to figure out for first-time guests. Adding labels to the switches would make them much easier to use. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"There is a lot to write about, just the food and beverage. Afternoon tea is continuously provided, coffee and snacks are good. Late night snacks are stewed dishes and beer, which are good. Fruits are free, apples and oranges are of good quality, and children like them very much. Barbecue needs to be booked two hours in advance, and I didn't go because I didn't have a reservation. I booked a homemade focaccia set meal and experienced it with the children. The fruits of my own labor tasted quite good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality of each one is very good, thumbs up. The design and facilities of other rooms are up to a considerable standard. In particular, the scooter drivers are very responsible and keep shuttling between the room and the parking lot. I chose the first floor this time, and I hope to try a high floor next time."

I think I left around 6:00 AM, and the staff were still very kind, offering to prepare milk for me. I said I didn't want any, but they still insisted on giving me warm water and two snacks. The service was very thoughtful. The only downside was the strong smell in the room, a strong odor from the renovations."

"This was my first layover at Chengdu Airport. It took almost 20 minutes to find the hotel shuttle, but the driver waited patiently. I booked the hotel last minute before my flight as we were traveling with a child. The front desk staff kindly offered to change our room to one with two beds pushed together to prevent the baby from rolling off, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our room was impeccably clean. I particularly liked the separate walk-in closet, and the toilet, shower, and sinks were all separated as well. Having a washing machine, refrigerator, and even a kitchen made it feel like a small home. Despite being close to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. The shuttle driver and front desk staff provided impeccable service. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!"
