Receptionists were courteous Room is clean Mosquitoes hovering at main lobby sofa area while I was waiting for transport heading to airport Poor sound proof - still can hear people talking loudly outside the window

Convenient location for those who arrive late or have morning flight to catch from/to Tianfu international airport. Hotel amenities are good and room is very clean and looks new. The only thing to improve is, some receptionist staff aren't friendly and patient enough to guest's question. Anyway I think the hotel is a good choice for short stay.

Impressive place with all facilities and amenities complete in the compound. Free airport pick up and drop off transfers. Room is very new and spacious. Breakfast was delicious- Chinese style with many options. We will definitely visit again and stay a bit longer to explore the surroundings.

Nice surroundings, large room and comfortable beds. Free airport bus transfer service is an advantage.

This hotel is meant to host big business events and not really for leisure travellers. The hotel is about 20min from the airport by shuttle, not as near as we thought.

The hotel has an excellent services and ambience. It is recommended to stay if you have a medium transit time and doesnt want to go too far from airport. The room, bathroom, linen, and lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially Alex. I was looking for my ID copy that is misplaced and he is helping me much on the process. The receptionist are english spoken, too. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from / to Tianfu Airport. There are some stores accros the hotel lobby, i.e: minimarket, noodle store, mutton soup store (Note: the mutton soup was good). We are travelling with one teenager and 6 years old kid. We are satisfied with the hotel. Thank you for welcoming us..

Good hotel for an overnight stay. There is a shuttle bus to and from Tianfu airport that runs every 30 minutes, on time.

The hotel was really clean and my stay was so comfortable. I wished I stay more days at the hotel.

Near to the TFU airport, has shuttle services, but still not so convenient to go down town. Too far.

The location is a bit far, although there's a shuttle bus, you still need to care about the time. can't eat the breakfast, too crowded to be true

Room small, bathroom doors were making squeaky sound when opening and closing, no service, no phone calls can be made to reception from room, only plus is close to airport , that’s it, over price

We stayed here on a last minute booking due to flight reschedule. The hotel provides free airport transfe. Tianfu airport staff are very helpful, they helped us to call to hotel on the shuttle availability. We were so lucky that the bus is there and will depart in 10 minutes. Room is spacious and clean, buffet breakfast is good too.
