Hampton by Hilton Jiaxing Canal

Had a fantastic stay! The room was very clean, and all the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. Great value for money – I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The environment was beautiful and the transportation was convenient, making it easy to shop and dine. The front desk staff, in particular, were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. It was a great stay overall.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. It's right next to Wanda Plaza, so when we arrived in Jiaxing at night, we just went to the underground floor of Wanda to eat and explore. We could use points to offset the room rate, which made the price very reasonable. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich; both adults and children could find something they liked. The hotel is also not far from Nanhu Lake and the church. The photography spots at Huanxi Bookstore and the church are really great for Instagram!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Wanda Plaza, making it very accessible for self-drivers. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. The front desk staff are very welcoming. A big plus is the large balcony offering a panoramic view of the canal. I'll definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Canal when I visit Jiaxing again.

The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and friendly.

Got a free upgrade to a twin room. The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and very quiet with excellent soundproofing. It was also spotlessly clean. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in; I felt very comfortable. I'll definitely come back here next time.
