The hotel remote control was broken. The front desk said they would come up to fix it, but no one fixed it until we checked out. At 1 a.m., I heard someone swiping our room card. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. The next day, I checked the surveillance. The front desk first said that they sent me the surveillance video on WeChat, and then said that it could only be retrieved after the police arrived. When the police came, they first used the surveillance at the door of other rooms to fool people, but later they found that the surveillance in our room was broken, so there was no evidence, and the surveillance was seriously delayed, which was extremely unsafe. The air conditioner in the room had a strange smell
