Hilton Jiaxing

We were upgraded to the executive floor upon check-in, and the front desk staff provided good service. I asked about breakfast for children under 5, and it was free since my child is young. It's quite rare to see age as the standard for free breakfast, as it's usually based on height. The lobby is decorated in a New Chinese style. Ps: I suggest setting up a temporary seating area in the lobby. When queuing for check-in, many people are standing with their luggage, and they look quite tired.

Everything about this hotel was great, but the breakfast was definitely my favorite – so many options!

Facilities: A very standard 5-star hotel, thankfully the weekday price was quite affordable. I'd say it's on par with the price, though perhaps a bit inconsistent with its established name. The Chinese restaurant offered good value for money. The breakfast on the first floor was very mediocre, with very little meat. I initially thought there'd be a kids' play area, but apparently, it was closed due to the holidays. They set up a small crafts area for kids on the first floor instead, which my child seemed to enjoy regardless. Cleanliness: Basic hygiene was fine. Environment: The nearest lively shopping mall is actually a bit of a walk. Service: Very good.

The rooms are very spacious, and the 1.35m twin beds are great for families traveling together. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The service was exceptional.

The Hilton Jiaxing was a great stay. The bedding was soft, and the room was clean and comfortable. Rebecca and James provided excellent service. I highly recommend it!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Before check-in, Davon called ahead to ask about my preferences. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and the breakfast selection was extensive!

The room was great, with a fantastic view from a high floor. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again; choosing Hilton is always a good decision! My room was upgraded, and even though it was cloudy during my stay, the outdoor scenery still had its own unique charm!

Full marks for the Hilton Jiaxing experience! Staying on a high floor, the panoramic view of South Lake was incredibly soothing. Selina, one of the staff members, was very efficient and thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was clean and modern, the bedding comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the Jiaxing local specialties were especially authentic. Whether it's the location, service, or facilities, everything was impeccable. It's the perfect choice for both business trips and leisure getaways, and I will definitely be staying here again!

Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money.
