到濟南是特意挑選的白玉蘭，之前體驗的很好，這次體驗的濟南這家店第1️⃣我們是帶孩子去的，想先看看房間再定，讓我在前台等了近半個小時2️⃣環境真的很差，我當時看的時候衹看了户型，地上都很臟3️⃣房間很小4️⃣衞生間臭臭的黴菌的味道5️⃣沒有小童拖鞋，6️⃣價格不值得，外面修路不方便，親身感受 不會再去

準備去大明湖和趵突泉，訂的這家，位置確實好，臨街，到哪都近，還有個地面停車場，挨着啤酒燒烤 房間乾淨整潔 衞生服務都很滿意 樓下有飲水機 有問題前台就給解決 辦理入住也很快 主動告訴前台電話和房間密碼 入住體驗很好 推薦入住

原先訂的靜逸大床，感覺房間空間有點小，服務人員很熱情的帶我去看靜雅大床，空間大，陽光也充足，一進房間就覺得陽光暖暖的，住的很滿意，前台小姐姐推薦的曲水亭街大明湖芙蓉街路線非常順，特別推薦

房間不隔音真的是很要命樓道里衹要有人開房門門鎖就會一直響 而且衞生間反味嚴重 但是酒店地理位置很好離大明湖趵突泉很近溜達着都可以過去 而且有自己的停車場自駕非常方便有利又有弊吧 不介意不隔音不反味的可以選擇

房間設施還好，畢竟裝修沒多長時間，房間沒有窗户真的不好，空氣不流通，氣味怪怪的，衞生質量應該提高，掛衣服的衣架上一層灰，我喜歡穿白色，把衣服掛上去弄臟了！

真的太差勁了，房間那個味道啊，反臭，能給人送走，停車非常難，説是有停車場，直接車堵車，酒店讓我們早上七點半挪車，挪了倆小時，指揮的路全堵死了，停車場內外都是一塌糊塗，千萬別去住，住了百分之一萬要後悔，沒想到白玉蘭品控這麼差，還舒適高端型，簡直經濟型都不如，前台也是不修邊幅，各種都很差勁。

作為一個新開酒店，衞生環境堪憂，當天到酒店説房間沒清理出來，説兩點後，留了電話説好了給我電話，到四點也沒收到電話。地面還有雞骨頭，浴巾上還有頭髮！最可笑的是，前台説，每天衹免費提供兩瓶水！後面每一瓶收兩塊錢！真是活久見了，然後房間隔音效果很差很差！如果在意價格，睡一晚也就忍了，但是這個價格，也沒有那麼便宜吧
