"Mindy from Guest Relations prepared our room in advance. It had floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the city, and the night view of Quancheng Square was stunning. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! It's only a ten-minute walk to Baotu Spring, and if you want some snacks at night, Furong Street is nearby. It was perfect to just stroll back after eating, no need to bother with a taxi."

"This hotel is fantastic, both in terms of location and service. It's situated right inside Daming Lake Scenic Area. The front desk staff upgraded us to a lake view room with breakfast, and it was so relaxing to sit by the window, sipping tea and watching the pavilions and flowing water 🤭🤭🤭. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Qushuiting Street. The staff members are all very enthusiastic; they picked us up at the entrance with a golf cart, proactively helped with our luggage, and clearly explained all the important details. They even provided a map of Jinan attractions, which was incredibly thoughtful 👍👍👍."

"Came here with friends based on online recommendations, and this hotel didn't disappoint! It has a great location, making it convenient to get anywhere, and it's close to several attractions. The hotel decor isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and with Quancheng Square right downstairs, the night view is truly beautiful. The hotel service is very thoughtful; the front desk was efficient and quick, and Connie, the quality control manager, was warm and attentive. The room she arranged for us in advance was perfect, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was soft and comfortable, helping us recover from a day of hiking. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties like Sweet Gruel and Bazirou (braised pork), a great mix of Chinese and Western options – we were very satisfied. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and if I get the chance to visit Jinan again, this will definitely be my top choice!"

"The room cleanliness was okay, but there was a strange odor I couldn't quite place. The environment was pretty average, but for the price, it was decent. Their breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and good taste. Considering the price, it's really good value for a one-night layover. Personally, if I ever go back to Jinan, I definitely wouldn't stay here again."

"We booked the Kangyi Connecting Family Room, and it was an excellent choice for a family group. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel generously allowed us to check in early. Even when one of the two rooms wasn’t ready yet, they let us safely leave our luggage so we could head out and tour the city without hassle. The front desk staff speak English, which made everything straightforward. Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The twin room even had a bath tub, while the other room was thoughtfully designed for older guests or wheelchair users, with supportive handles in the bathroom — a detail we appreciated. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant offered a convenient start to the day. One of the highlights was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful since our train ride was scheduled for later in the afternoon. This flexibility made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great hotel for families looking for convenience, comfort, and dependable service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Facilities: The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. It definitely has an upscale feel; it must have been quite luxurious when it first opened! Cleanliness: Cleanliness was acceptable. This hotel is admittedly a bit dated, and personally, I'm not a big fan of carpets, especially when they look like they've been there for many years. Carpets like these must be difficult to keep thoroughly clean. The bathroom/shower was also a bit disappointing; the shower head was quite high, and during a shower, the entire bathroom floor would get soaked! Ambiance: The overall ambiance was just okay. There was a noticeable stale smell when opening the door, which might be due to the sealed windows. I'd suggest the hotel consider placing some air fresheners or deodorizers in the rooms. Service: The service was good. Whenever we contacted the front desk, they were always quick to address any issues. Overall: Ultimately, it's just a place to sleep, and for an average person, choosing this hotel is still a decent option, especially given how truly spacious the rooms are. Plus, for its location, the price is very affordable. A cool bonus: the ”Quancheng Eye” observation wheel is right on the hotel's rooftop!"

"My stay at the Sheraton Jinan Hotel was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located at No. 8 Longao North Road, Lixia District, right next to the Olympic Sports Center. The surrounding area offers a wide range of amenities and is very easy to get around. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was swift. The rooms were stylish and spacious, with very comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. Dining options are diverse; the breakfast buffet offers a delightful mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. The Chinese restaurant serves authentic Lu (Shandong) cuisine, and the Western restaurant also offers excellent steak. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a fitness center. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Any minor imperfections didn't detract from the enjoyment, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it. If you’re traveling from overseas, message the hotel through your booking and share your WeChat ID, they’ll contact you directly to arrange airport pickup."

The overall experience of staying at Wyndham Jinan this time was good. The night view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room is amazing. The lights dance on the glass when taking a bath. It is so romantic that you don’t want to get out of the bathtub. The mattress is just what I want. There is no sound when I turn over, and I can sleep soundly until dawn! The only small regret is that the toothbrush is a bit hard and the bristles prick the gums. The toothpaste I used is Liangmianzhen, the mint flavor is too strong and it irritates the tongue, and the foam is not fine, so I always feel that it is not clean after brushing. The comb is also made of thin plastic, and it makes me cry when I use it to pull out my hair when it is tangled! Just these two points feel a bit unworthy of the grade of the hotel... I suggest the hotel upgrade these small items, after all, details affect the experience ~ But overall the flaws outweigh the merits, I will come again next time!

I spent the first three days of the October Golden Week holiday at home, then spontaneously decided to come here. While on the way, I researched hotels and finally settled on Twin Springs. I was incredibly satisfied, giving it ten stars! ⭐ The service in every aspect was almost impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich. The complimentary ancient town tickets, boat rides, shuttle buses, and VIP viewing spots were all great value for money. The only minor issue was with the cold water valve in the shower, which was a bit tricky to adjust. Oddly enough, the shower even triggered the fire alarm – talk about sensitive! 🤣 All in all, I'm super happy with the hotel and highly recommend it. If you're driving, the hotel's exclusive parking is just a few steps away. The ancient town offers a variety of activities, and prices are reasonable. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family. I heard that water activities will be completed by next summer, so I'll definitely come back then. I hope both the ancient town and the hotel maintain their current excellent standards.

Even before I arrived, the hotel butler called to ask about my estimated arrival time and pre-assigned a room, which significantly sped up the check-in process once I got there. The front desk's thoughtful service continued to impress me during check-in. It was a very satisfying stay overall – the facilities are complete, the hygiene is meticulous, the breakfast is plentiful, and the location is excellent.

While we had a mostly pleasant experience, there were noticeable issues that prevent us from agreeing with the 4-star classification. The Positives - Check-in & Staff: The reception team was friendly, and one staff member could communicate a little in English, which was helpful. - Room Comfort: Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and allowed individual adjustment. - Amenities: We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters and two soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located inside Wanda Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The Negatives (Why It’s Not 4-Star) - Cleanliness Issues: The room wasn’t cleaned to a 4-star (or even 3-star) standard. We found nail clippings on the bedside mat, indicating poor vacuuming. - Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was inconvenient. - Breakfast Limitations: While the Asian food options were good, there were very few Western choices. Additionally, the Western cutlery felt sticky and wasn’t properly cleaned. - Staff Sleeping at Reception: On our second morning, when we tried to check out early, the reception staff were asleep on the couches. We understand they may have been exhausted, but this is unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. Final Verdict The Madison Hotel is a decent option, but we’d rate it as a solid 3-star hotel, not 4-star. If you prioritize location and comfort over luxury service and cleanliness, it’s a reasonable choice. However, management should address housekeeping and staff training to meet higher standards. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The amenities were comprehensive – charging outlets and a hairdryer were readily available and very convenient to use. The room was spotlessly clean: the sheets and pillowcases were pristine, and the desk surfaces gleamed. Breakfast was hot and hearty, featuring soy milk, steamed meat buns, and boiled eggs. The late-night congee service was a particularly thoughtful touch. The environment was also very quiet; there was no noise at night, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
