We arrived on a red-eye flight, and since an elderly person in our group had difficulty walking, Xiao Chen at the front desk specially arranged for a driver to contact us in advance. The whole trip went incredibly smoothly! 👌 Highly recommend staying here without hesitation! 👏👍"

"The hygiene was absolutely terrible. Yesterday, I noticed the chair was very dirty, so I thought I'd use a bath towel to sit on while eating. When I unfolded a neatly stacked bath towel, I found some sticky, unknown yellow stuff inside. The cleanliness is really bad. Being in the corner room on the first floor, I could clearly hear the front desk staff talking on the phone. The soundproofing is extremely poor."

"The toilet wasn't flushed, there was a lot of hair on the floor, and the hygiene was poor. The hotel had just been renovated, and the smell was very strong and pungent. I suggest not opening for business if it doesn't meet the standards for opening. Since I checked in late at night, I didn't have the energy to deal with anything else and went to sleep. I felt nauseous and didn't sleep well all night because of the pungent smell."

The soundproofing in the room was excellent – the double-glazed windows completely blocked out outside noise, ensuring absolute quiet. The central air conditioning provided gentle, silent airflow, and the fresh air system kept the room feeling consistently fresh. The power outlets were thoughtfully placed and included both USB and Type-C charging ports, which was a very considerate touch. Even the minibar drinks were a nice extra. From the hardware to the soft touches, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"

It has a swimming pool, and with a bus stop right outside, transportation is quite convenient. However, there aren't many casual dining options nearby. Overall, the value for money is just average."

"Had a great stay. The location is easy to find, and the Impression Jinan shops nearby offer a truly authentic local experience. The room was clean and comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is very convenient. The service was excellent. Guest Relations Manager Lorna is very warm and thoughtful; she always arranges the room perfectly for us whenever we visit. They even promptly contacted me and mailed back an item I left behind in the room. It's really great. Jinan is a city where the bustling areas and the local, down-to-earth vibes are quite distinctly separated, with a strong sense of local life. Most importantly, the prices are very reasonable, with no obvious premium, which is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!"

"All the staff were excellent, polite, and provided attentive service. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted great, especially the pancakes – they were a delightful surprise and absolutely delicious. The only downside was the hairdryer. The airflow was so weak it was almost useless, and the plug was so loose I had to hold it in place. This is really poor for a five-star hotel; they should definitely consider replacing them, even a hairdryer costing just a hundred yuan would be a huge improvement. Overall, it was still a very good stay."

"I was in Jinan for business, and a local friend recommended this hotel. Upon checking in, I found it to be much better than I expected. First, the service was excellent. They knew I was feeling unwell and even made me ginger tea, provided a humidifier, and left extra bottles of water. The room was also very spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, so I slept really well. The breakfast quality was also very high; the juice was freshly squeezed on the spot. I highly recommend everyone staying here to try the hotel breakfast."
