這裏老闆娘冤枉顧客之後面對顧客的據理力爭還惡語相向，我們發生爭執的時候樓上又下來一個顧客也因為一些原因和老闆娘起了爭執，可見其對顧客態度一直不好，真就唯利是圖為了坑錢不擇手段。
