豪華大床房，74平，這個性價比非常高。聽老闆説是之前濟南全運會開始裝修的，房間整潔乾淨，衞生間也無異味，空調製冷效果很好噪音小。跟亞朵，桔子酒店入住體驗一樣吖～出差帶的襯衫又有摺痕了，老闆主動問我需不需要熨斗，老闆人真的很nice。下次來濟南奧體這邊出差，還是會選擇這家。對了，公寓離萬象城衹有2公里左右，出行也很便利。

來這邊開會，在這住了十多天，入住體驗非常好！房間特別大很乾凈，房東小姐姐人美心善，一直盡力調節讓我一直住在同一間房，保潔大姐也非常負責，每次打掃都把我一個自己帶的床單鋪的特別整齊。
很不錯的體驗，有機會下次還會來

這些好評哪裡來的，確實沒有搞懂，首先辦理入住手續過程中，工作人員態度極差無比！對待顧客擺臭臉！真想給她一嘴巴子！其次是房間的水特別臟！真心建議大家別用房間水洗漱！像洗腳水一樣渾濁！被罩和枕巾，我嚴重懷疑他們從來不洗！整體感受就是臟！亂！差！，勸大家不要花冤枉錢！濟南很好！部分商家很差！一衹臭魚毀了一鍋粥！

看，這是南向的房間，能看見政府大樓。北向的房間能看見奧體。我升級了，竟然給了我88平的房間！我一個人屬實太浪費了😊真是次愉快的入住！老闆娘果然如評論裏講的那麼美！第一天來的時候房間有兩瓶水，看，第二天我去逛了趟省博，回來看到了啥？直接這麼大瓶的農夫山泉安排上了！太體諒我這個大水桶了🪣我還剛點的外賣給我送了好多水。太意外的驚喜了！床鋪看起來都很乾凈，不過我這個對床品講究的人，還是自帶了，嘿嘿😁言而總之，住的很開心。

就這樣，也不便宜，公寓型的酒店，沒啥服務，周邊基本沒什麼配套設施，暖氣挺足，半夜起來得關，不然得烘乾。
