Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

好客山東好品山東這句話果然不是吹的～山東大廈工作人員從入住開始到離開都非常體貼周到 説了句感覺很乾燥 工作人員立馬問需不需要加濕器 徹徹底底體驗到了山東人民的熱情 酒店設施環境衞生都沒得説 而且設計也非常有意思 特別喜歡酒店的早餐 很豐富 咖啡廳的服務人員也很熱情點名表揚這三位小姐姐 贊👍

這是第二次預訂了。山東大廈位置優越，樓下就是泉城公園，到市中心景點，打車也很方便。這次還幫長者訂了房間，他們很喜歡到旁邊的南郊賓館去遛彎。
酒店設計很有特點，觀光電梯和旋轉樓梯都很贊，視覺效果很好，大廳的泰山 黃河兩幅壁畫也彰顯了山東的特點。
服務很贊，高瑞霞、牛小慧兩位管家給予了周到服務，收拾打掃很及時，對長者和小朋友也很關照，大堂也提供了手繪版濟南地圖，很用心。

特地到濟南看林俊傑的演唱會，選了好久的酒店，我是真的很挑剔，預訂時看錯了場館以為在山東大廈附近，誤打誤撞選了這裏，當然肯定還是被“布達佩斯大酒店”吸引了，每天上下都在膠囊電梯裏拍視頻，哈哈哈，超級喜歡，從迎賓、前台、早餐、客房服務都很滿意，入住時前台還升級了房型，加分加分加分，特別感謝餐廳工作人員特意給我準備了水果飲料酸奶麪包禮包，下次有機會來濟南一定還會選擇山東大廈。

大廈主體由世界著名的波特曼設計事務所設計。由客房樓、會展中心和山東會堂三部分構成。
大廈設計好看——不用説網上太多這家酒店的好看照片了，很多會議也在這開，膠囊電梯很有意思速度不慢。
服務也超級好——客房服務，禮賓服務，前台服務，餐廳服務都很不錯。入住那天工作人員幫忙給開車門和拿行李。辦理入住也方便快捷，大廳很大，工作人員安排了同一層，高樓層也給安排了，標註了延長退房時間。房間放了兩包蘋果脆片和水果，晚上睡前會把鞋擺好，放了威化巧克力，窗簾給拉上，床下面也會擺好下地的單子，給了泡澡袋和浴鹽等，可以換不同的枕頭。走的那天在吃早餐的餐廳工作人員給裝了些好吃的，説您可以在火車上吃。早餐餐廳工作人員黃瑞蓉和小夥伴們，那天客房服務2209房間的好像姓胡的一位工作人員等等，謝謝大家。
地理位置也好—離中心景點也近，旁邊就是千佛山，下面就是泉城公園，後兩週開始花期也來臨了。
早餐也很豐富，如圖（入住兩天也會換樣）。

聽名字會覺得是設施陳舊的老酒店，實地住了一下體驗感巨好，前台小姐姐熱情細緻，房間寬敞整潔，可以説是性價比超級超級高啦，連忙又續住一晚。孩子想吃酒店早餐，奈何一家人都起不來，吃了自助午餐，餐廳服務人員都好好啊，菜品不算多但在精緻，靠窗湖景怡人，臨走又收到餐廳小姐姐送的一大袋愛心禮物，點贊每一位工作人員。山東大廈很好，下次還來！
