房間在40多層，風景非常好。 酒店整體很不錯，房間挺大，設施方便，住的很舒適，環境很有檔次。服務整體不錯，中間發生了一點小誤會，可以很妥善積極處理。

帶娃入住，提前與酒店溝通加裝了安全護欄，特別方便。與酒店溝通預留了心儀的的房型，因為第二天有比賽，房間比較緊俏，當時分開定了兩天的房間，第二天定了60平的尊貴大床房，酒店還貼心的把第一天的豪華大也升級成了第二天的房型，這樣就不用麻煩換房間了，要給酒店大大的點贊。因為還沒出正月這兩天濟南降温，剛入住發現衞生間有點涼，怕孩子不適應，反饋給酒店，黃曉東經理親自送來了暖風機，瞬間解決問題。入住期間各種需求也是第一時間解決，因為我們是下午5點返程，酒店根據我們的需求給我們延遲退房到4點。 優點：位置絕佳，交通便利，樓下就是地鐵口，對面就是奧體，看球太方便；性價比高，相比較周邊高星酒店，酒店新，服務好，酒店22年才開業，價格更有優勢。房間有小度，孩子消遣娛樂太好了，電動窗簾，淋浴房熱水很好，房間有小冰箱，很好用。 缺點：餐廳較小，可能是酒店定位在商旅客酒店，但是早餐品類還可以，能吃飽，也有孩子能吃的。衹有套房才有浴缸，這一點對於帶娃家庭不是很好，因為小朋友們玩了一天回到酒店還是都喜歡泡個澡睡覺的，對於我們家來説，帶娃出來玩，用淋浴給孩子洗澡還是不太方便，體驗感也打折扣。 以後來高新區這邊，不管是看球還是訪友還是會選擇山東大廈儒商酒店的，一如既往是山東大廈的品質，本地酒店扛把子不是吹出來的。 給酒店服務團隊和經理管家黃曉東點贊！
