We had a fantastic stay at Saiban, excellent location right in the old town and walking distance to the night market. It’s a beautiful hotel with superb views, a pool and quirky cave style rooms. There was lovely shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel and the water in the shower was high pressured and very soft water- my hair felt so silky! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, they worked hard to help us with everything (even though they had no English we managed well using translators and WeChat). There was also a golf buggy to take us anywhere we wanted to go in the old town. We visited the botanical gardens which were unbelievable and well worth a visit!!! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，洗漱用品都是一客一換.
整個酒店地中海奶油風格的裝修，給人的感覺特別温馨，一樓大廳還有免費的茶室可以使用，-2樓的私人花園打卡拍照真的特別出片。酒店裡麪還有一個游泳池，接機接站下午茶早餐也是提供的。真的是被這家酒店給種草了。

環境：打開房間窗户以為後面是條小溪，結果是一條臭水溝，哪味道蚊蟲無敵
在餐廳裏吃飯，也是聞着臭水味吃，腦補一下吧
設施：游泳池就是個擺設，用不了維修中
沒有停車場，停車極其費勁
酒店臨街，晚上非常吵鬧，根本睡不好覺
烘乾機温度極高，高檔衣服不要往裡麪放，損壞了酒店是不管的（和服務員確認，告訴可以烘鞋，新買的鞋烘化了，開膠了）
然後各種推卸責任，各種耍賴，解決問題的方法，讓人無語，要不是來旅遊，趕時間，一定好好的跟你們爭論一下
鞋子事還沒解決完，看來是需要有關部門解決一下了，接下來就看版納的官方部門啦

衞生：新開的太床房衞生情況比家庭套房好挺多
設施：這個洗浴間和衞生間是一體的 如果倆個人住 其中一個人上衞生間的話還挺搞笑的 有個很大的浴缸 還不錯
環境：住的家庭套房 比預期小很多又臨時開了一間 奶油風的裝修設計風格確實好看 除此之外 挺一言難盡的 泳池是冷水 水也不太乾淨
服務：！！！是我近期住下來服務態度最差勁的一家店了 懶懶散散就算了 説景區內免費接送 我去前台問 告知輪胎破了 詢問另一張 嘻嘻哈哈説剎車失靈 ？？？可以 怪湊巧的
兩個房間衹有一瓶蚊香液 讓送一瓶過來都要扯半天有的沒的 堅持她們是放好的 我找了半天沒找到扯了半天才送來 服了啊 真的就這服務態度到底是什麼玩意啊？？？其他同等價位酒店服務態度真的耍這個十條街 別的一入住就送水果入房 我們還得主動要 而且還衹送了一間的 摳摳搜搜生怕把酒店吃窮了一樣 祝你們成功

很少評價，六百塊的房間，性價比不高，半夜兩點多，房間造型牆上面有東西在裏面撲騰撲騰的跑，早上睡着睡着投影幕布突然自己放下來了，後來剛要睡着幕布又自己升上去了，酒店的隔音不怎麼好，在房間睡覺早上走廊有什麼聲音全都能見，攜程上顯示是最遲下午兩點退房，前台打電話説一點必須退，如果和攜程協商合作不一致，麻煩對接一下。服務的三分是給的女生前台，還比較熱情。

這次的西雙版納之旅最滿意的一次入住體驗，特別特別喜歡房間裏的大浴缸和榻榻米，床品很棒和智能家居也很方便，非常放鬆的休息了幾天，在告莊附近出行也很方便，酒店還可以擺渡車免費送到景區，服務特別好，非常愉快的行程，下次還來

非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。前台的詩詩小姐姐還有一個小哥哥不知道叫什麼，都服務特別好，酒店還有管家，給我們介紹吃喝玩樂本地人不踩雷的飯店啥的，如果懶也可以在酒店吃哈哈，味道不錯，告莊內可以免費接送，實在是太貼心了，非常省心，強烈推薦！！！！
