Sheraton Grand Xishuangbanna Hotel

The environment here is fantastic! In the afternoon, there were intangible cultural heritage experiences, and in the evening, there were shows to watch. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with both indoor and outdoor pools. I personally loved the outdoor pool, despite it being a bit sunny. There are also outdoor hot spring baths available, and you can reserve the smaller, more private ones, which is great. The hotel's buffet dinner was also incredibly rich and varied, and the salmon tasted excellent, haha! I even discovered a game room on the first floor that seemed to offer Switch rentals, but I didn't have time to try it. And the peacocks roaming around the hotel were quite amusing. Overall, my stay was wonderful – definitely lives up to the Sheraton name! 🥰

An excellent family-friendly hotel! They offer a wide range of activities, are very close to the airport, and the hotel environment is beautiful. The kids absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience! Nola provided excellent service throughout our stay, even upgrading our room for free and arranging various activities for the kids. We could have easily spent an entire day just enjoying the hotel! This is a resort hotel that the kids absolutely loved!

No one introduced the travel photography or parent-child activities, even though I saw reviews mentioning them. There were also a lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful natural environment, a classic five-star hotel with good service. Facilities are a little dated; I suggest adding more washing machines as there was a queue for laundry. We tried travel photography for the first time at the hotel, and it turned out surprisingly well! We ended up paying extra for many beautiful photos.

Staying at the hotel meant they came directly to us for the photoshoot, saving us the hassle of commuting. The staff were gentle and patient, guiding us through poses without making us feel awkward. The makeup and styling were exquisite, and the photos were delivered efficiently, perfectly capturing the relaxed and romantic vibe of our Sheraton vacation. Full marks for the experience!

Everything was great, except for the slightly remote location. The service was excellent; they even offered complimentary dessert at the lobby bar and airport pickup.

The kids particularly loved the hotel pool and had a wonderful time. The complimentary travel photoshoot exceeded our expectations – there was a wide selection of new outfits, and a lovely staff member helped us choose and try them on. The photographer was professional and responsible, with plenty of beautiful spots to choose from, and the photos turned out perfectly. Our child also thoroughly enjoyed the interactive peacock parent-child activity. The entire stay was a 10/10 experience – highly recommend for families with kids!
