勝在位置，樓下7路車去火車站，曼聽公園都方便，曼聽公園走着去也就20分鐘，所以房間設施及其他就不要太在意了

交通便利，飲食方便。

滿屋子的黴臭味，80年代的設施，床上好像有點濕的感覺。

酒店比背包客旅館強一點，看個人需要入住了。設施老久，衞生間很小，蹲便，洗臉池很小，訂的幾個房間下水都堵了，房間總共15平米，臨街，潮濕，平時價格很便宜，就在曼聽街，離潑水廣場不太遠，樓下吃喝購物方便。

沒有停車場，價格很實惠，該有的都有，就是地板不知道為啥總有味道，這個價格不管怎麼説也可以了，樓下旁邊杭州小籠包千萬別去，吃了拉肚子，價格也不便宜，服務還差，對面的煎餅更加實惠乾淨，服務也好，出門旅遊講究一個舒心.

優點：便宜。應該是景洪最便宜的一家了。衞生也還可以，起碼這個價位有這個條件已經很不錯了，也有熱水供應。缺點：房間不夠通透，窗外面被牆堵住了，導致空氣不流通，房間裏殘留的煙味也散不去。採光差，第二天天亮了我都不知道。特別吵，我住二樓，到晚上12點才安靜下來，第二天一大早就聽到周圍住户開始吵了，巴啦啦沒完沒了。
