A very bad stay experience. The waiter was cold and had no sense of service. B&Bs should not be like this. If your order includes late check-out until 2 o'clock, you need to communicate with the front desk. The minibar in the package mentioned drinks and snacks, but in fact they only had 1 Coke and 1 Sprite. The snacks were also removed. Basic hygiene was not done well. The sofa and walls were dirty. There were also problems with the hardware. Water did not drain from the basin. The sewer pipes were very noisy in the early morning. Noisy, I stayed late and couldn’t complain. Breakfast was like a war. Many dishes were unavailable at eight o'clock, and the basic milk was gone. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for rice noodles, and the service couldn't keep up. I have been to Amway friends' hotels countless times, but was persuaded to leave by this experience!

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The bedding was very comfortable and it felt like home. The bathroom is large and the service is warm and welcoming! This time I booked a room with a small courtyard on the first floor. The unique vegetation space is very relaxing.

It's very nice to take photos at the swimming pool at night. The room is clean and the service attitude is good. The location is in Gaozhuang, which is very convenient. There is also a sightseeing car to pick you up.

Hygiene: Very clean. We were afraid of dengue fever when we went there. The room was also treated with mosquito repellent. The windows in the room all had iron screens and mosquito repellent was prepared at the door. We stayed for three consecutive days and someone came to clean the room every day. Breakfast was provided. It was also very rich. We were given afternoon tea. The swimming pool was huge. The guy at the front desk was also considerate. He smiled and said hello when we saw him. He told us a lot of guides to prevent pitfalls. The car can be taken to the village, which is very convenient.

1. It is difficult to take a taxi. The geographical location is in the innermost part. The road is very narrow and it is difficult to take a taxi. There are often traffic jams and it is difficult to get a taxi. When I came back from the scenic spot in the evening, Gaode and Didi couldn't locate this hotel. The driver explained that it was too congested and couldn't get through. The nearest accessible location was a 26-minute walk to the hotel; 2. The service is very poor, the waiter keeps saying "we are just part-time workers". We arrived at the hotel at noon and were told that the room was being cleaned. We were told that we would come back very late at night, and we were only asked to leave our suitcases in the room and we could come back to get the room card. But when I came back at night, my suitcase was still outside the front desk, and no one helped me get my luggage in and out! The room phone couldn't reach the front desk. Later, when the staff was called, they discovered that they had to press a number that had no prompts on the phone to call the host! 3. The sound insulation of the room is very poor and the room is very small, like an express hotel! We stayed in three hotels this time. This is the most expensive and the smallest. It is only the size of a bed. It is not noisy at night, but the voices on the upper and lower floors can be heard clearly! I feel like someone is walking next to me while I'm sleeping! scary! 4. The so-called swimming pool is really only one with very little greenery next to the pool. Looking out is a piece of dilapidated farmland! Although hotels like Sheraton have more than 1,000 real green designs that are easy to take photos and great, and there are a lot of activities, this hotel has nothing! I was so unhappy that I didn’t want to take any photos! This hotel is terrible!
