下午2點訂的豪華雙床房，因為雙床是1.5米的。晚上8點到店，服務員給安排的親子房，一個大床一個小床。因為房型不對，問前台服務員是否安排錯誤，小姑娘回答，沒有雙床了，不住可以退掉。我是下午定的房間沒有前台應該可以聯繫我，8點到點了告我不住退了。一點歉意沒有。最後找攜程幫助，前台又有雙床房了，給換成了雙床房。此時攜程網還是有雙床可賣的。如果旅社是這姑娘家開的，這種遇事處理方式我可以理解，要是前台員工老闆應該合計合計。

這個酒店麼，我是有史以來等過最長的一個酒店了，四點十分到酒店，跟我説沒房間，已經安排人在打掃了，我看了一下快到飯點了，就去吃了個飯，吃好回來跟我説還在打掃。到六點多我又去問了一次，跟我説還在掃。讓我一直等等等。後面到了八點多了，我説，你這個應該是沒有人打掃了吧，我在這裏等了四個多小時了，你不安排人，拿房卡給我，我自己打掃入住都可以。前台終於有反應了，上樓了半個小時。下來和我説可以住了。。我真的是笑了，在外面傻傻等了四個小時，要不是第二天有考試，房源緊張，我早就換一家了。沒想到提前訂訂了個這種酒店。以為貴一點服務會好，我訂其他家便宜的我都不會來訂這家了
