The geographical location is not very convenient, and the surrounding construction sites are all under construction. There is noise. The room smells like it has been renovated, not very good...The hotel is really big and the style is quite modern, but it's too new...I think it will be better to stay in two years. The master bedroom of the family room has no windows that can be opened, so the smell is particularly big. It’s a little better when it’s replaced by an ordinary double bed room. The breakfast is not bad and quite rich. The water in the pool is not very clean...the overall accommodation experience is very average

The hotel is a new hotel, the rooms are still big and have balconies. Although you can't walk to Gaozhuang, it is very convenient and not far to take a taxi. The Pu-erh tea in the room is delicious, the mattress is also very comfortable, the gym and swimming pool are available. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk have a good image and temperament, and the service is very good. They will call immediately after booking, and the free pick-up service will also call immediately. Anyway, it’s very comfortable

服務沒有任何温度，早餐9：30，不適合起得晚的家庭，9：40到餐廳已經全部收完餐，也沒有打包早餐和送餐服務，早餐很差，就是在個宴會廳吃大圓桌，完全達不到5星的標準，4星也達不到。周圍全是工地，成片的工地，來度假完全不建議。房間下水道也有反臭，洗盆池也是壞的，大堂裏面就是售樓部的沙盤，就是個為了賣房子弄的酒店。

酒店1：噪音大 2 ：房間床單不衞生 3：空調沒有冷風 老是維修 4：工作人員搞錯早餐時間 導致第一天沒吃上早餐 5：電梯維修導致爬樓梯 6：工作人員服務態度差 7：涼台的推拉門關不上 等等

房間很大，露台也很舒服，酒店沒什麼問題，就是服務員真的很迷，我打電話要水，送上來兩瓶，我説不夠用然後告我再多要收費3塊一瓶，打前台問並沒有這回事😂然後晩上回來孩子暈車到門口吐了，我告服務員打掃一下她沒吭聲，我到房間打前台又告了一聲，然後還是這個服務員竟然敲我門質問我為啥給她説了還要給前台打電話…大春節的就還挺堵心的。另外就是房間吹風機按鈕壞的，鑒於服務人員的態度就想着不用換了，結果掰段了指甲🤷♀️

酒店空調不好用而且噪音巨大 開空調根本不涼快還睡不了覺 地上全是頭髮碎渣還有不知道是什麼的亮片 桌子根本就沒擦 工作人員態度極其惡劣 不讓在休息區休息 入住等了四個小時 比我們後來的人比我們先入住 這還優質合作伙伴還五星酒店 真是諷刺 投訴過後經理根本不出麪 下午六點進入房間休息後工作人員直接進屋放東西 幸虧我沒洗澡或者換衣服 真的太差了
