服務很周到，設施很先進智能，衞生很乾凈，地理位置很不錯。去哪裡都很方便，店家很貼心，枕頭備了兩種，一種乳膠枕，一種羽絨的，床墊非常舒服服。老闆娘熱心，還給我們泡了很好喝的普洱茶，非常滿意的一次居住，下次還會再來

設施：位置很好找，在星空🌃夜市旁邊，每晚出行都很方便，出發每一個景點都不是很遠，中心點
衞生：屬於高檔民宿，沒有蚊子噢！住着很舒服😌

來西雙版納之前一直對告莊的很多網紅酒店無感，甚至猶豫是否要住在告莊。直到看到順德人家，並在這裏住了三天兩晚，意識到這是此行最正確的決定～酒店底藴很足，我們和老闆一起品茶聊天，整個人的浮躁感都褪去。值得一提的是，酒店床品的質量非常好，每天都睡得很安穩。早上還體驗了民宿茶室的咖啡，也很棒～推薦大家來版納旅遊一定要花兩天在這裏慢生活，這將是版納最好的回憶之一。

房間空間夠大，乾淨衞生，尤其是衞生間配備了烘乾機，這點真的很方便出遊在外乾衣的需求！民宿地理位置優越，距離星空夜市幾百米而已，附近散步、吃飯都非常方便！
店裡的每位員工都很熱情，進出都會主動問好，入住體驗館非常非常好，離店後自己粗心忘記了一件衣服，酒店也幫忙郵寄給我，非常感謝！下次再來版納肯定還會繼續住在這裏！

在別人推薦下住進了順德人家，老闆娘是廣東順德老鄉，一個人在外感覺額外親切，還推薦了去哪裡吃飯。
服務：客棧員工值得一讚，仔細介紹房間設備怎樣操作，入住時候非常熱情。
設施：客棧裏的床和被子真的好舒服，差點不想回廣東了
環境：晚上特別安靜，不吵，離星光夜市很近。

當我踏進這家民宿的那一剎那，我就知道自己的選擇正確了。環境寧靜，鬱鬱葱葱的熱帶綠植佈滿院子周圍，服務也非常周到，在熱鬧非凡的告莊能有這麼一個安靜的地方真好，步行兩三分鐘就到夜市和大金塔寺了，老闆娘人超好，請我們喝了當地產的普洱茶，還教了我們好多養生方法。非常感謝老闆娘的熱情招待，讓我們的旅程更加完美。

作為同是廣東人，我選了這家順德人家，説説體驗吧，垃圾到極限，尤其服務態度
1.衞生情況：
真的很臟，我附了圖片，臟成這樣，誰敢住噁心至極
2.服務態度：
訂完房間當天就電話諮詢了民宿前台，接電話的是個小哥，（在剛過完年過完旺季的版納，600多一晚民宿，雖然不算貴，也絕對不屬於便宜）我詢問是否有接機服務，告知我酒店沒有，也行，因為我們是很晚的航班到，版納旅遊的人又多，就怕不好打車，問前台小哥可否幫忙訂一個接機的車，他回答可以，價格在30-50之間，然後就讓我稍等，等了半天又和我説，你還是自己打個滴滴或者出租吧，真的佩服，同價位的民宿8成都帶接機服務，你沒有就算了，連幫叫都做不到，那些給好評的人是怎麼昧着良心寫的評價，而且從我們入住，到第二天換民宿，全程沒有一個工作人員主動和我們説過話，基本全程看不到
3.因為我們是兩個人出行，我詢問前台可否加一床被子，告知我我們不提供這個，被子38一晚
4.六百多的民宿，沒有早餐，院子裏也臟兮兮的，雜草叢生，服務態度更本就不存在，作為每年都定期出去旅行的人，從來沒寫過差評，你們是第一家

民宿地理位置很方便，到星光夜市和一日遊集合點步行幾百米，但晚上很安靜不會吵，酒店設施也能感受到老闆的用心，床品很舒適，馬桶是恆潔的很乾凈。服務是最滿意的部分，工作人員耐心解答各種問題，儘量滿足需求，老闆娘超熱心的，身體不舒服還主動幫我梳通經絡，貼了姜貼第二天燒就退了，帶家人來旅遊的非常推薦

非常棒的一次住宿體驗，環境非常非常的好，服務也非常的貼心到位，而且地理位置就在星光夜市附近對面就是夏忘餐廳，而且一點一點都不吵，房間非常有特色和乾淨，老闆有自己的茶廠好像，每回下樓在院子裏坐都會讓大家品嚐茶，而且可以隨意下來喝茶，太棒了，下回去西雙版納還要住在這裏，太棒了，而且退房還貼心給了超多的禮物，超級棒👍🏻

The predecessor of homestay was originally a tea house. Since 2000, I have been taking only one leaf between mountains and rivers, measuring the tea mountain with my feet, and making tea with my heart. After the frequent arrival of guests, a homestay was set up in the teahouse.
The store incorporates Dai culture and is adorned with Lingnan style. The courtyard offers tea stalls for drinks, and visitors will receive a complimentary afternoon tea, paired with unique Lingnan style pastries. About three to five friends can share the joy of the world. The so-called Liuyin courtyard dominates the scenery, whispering softly and the day is long.
The guest rooms in the homestay are ingeniously designed with an intelligent system in addition to the unique Dai style. All bedding is made of 140 high count pure cotton, and the latex with independent springs feels like being on top of a blue wave.
Lonely Boat Wugeng Home, thousands of miles away, willing to be the warmest homestay on your journey.
