前台服務很好，位置很好，房間乾淨衞生，早餐牛肉麪很好吃，退房辦理很及時，酒店有免費停車場前台拿停車券就可以了，方便快捷，很棒的酒店

已經過了一個多月才來評價，前段時間被疫情搞得人心惶惶，沒有心思寫，今天突然想起來了，前台服務超級好，因為是帶着孩子來的，特別貼心的贈送了幾張早餐券，距離方特也比較近，差不多10幾分鐘就到了，酒店對着馬路，早上會有點吵的，但是因為我們一大早就起來了，（小朋友都着急要去方特）所以對我們影響也還好。

第一次來到荊州，運氣真好找到一家好酒店，乾淨整潔，有家的感覺，服務枱的小姐姐們很友善有耐心引導，去古城打車20分鐘，遊玩也方便，周圍也有幾家飯館，可以體驗當地的特色。衹得推薦的店家！
