在這裏住了兩夜，第一夜是三樓，感覺一切都好，第二夜是一樓，一樓真是我的陰影，一進來就有一個蟑螂跑進床底下了，怎麼也找不到了，一覺醒來臉上和手上全是紅色的，癢的要命，臉上完全就不是被蚊子咬了的，像是被蟲爬了的，這個酒店大廳服務可以，房間設施可以，，但是女孩子還是別住一樓了！！！，

經濟型酒店定位，價格稍貴。服務人員素質挺高也很負責，退房後發現有衣服落在房間，還專門電話詢問是否需要，説明服務保潔人員素質高，前台服務小姐姐也很專業，立即致電，雖然我不要，但説明酒店培訓與管理到位，以及聘用人員的素質高。另外，地理位置優越，東南西北被各種美食包圍，幾乎都是步行10分鐘以內可到達。停車場很大，即便五一假日，也仍然足夠停車位。

位置很好，附近是商圈，房間很乾凈也安靜，最重要的是酒店工作人員的素質都挺高，彬彬有禮，有問必答。尤其點贊清潔客房的一位戴眼鏡的女士，熱情周到，還給我床頭留了便簽留言，讓來荊州旅遊的我倆心生暖意。時間匆忙，下次來還會入住這家酒店。

來荊州自駕遊，運七酒店有停車場，而且距離大賽巷僅一路之隔，周圍餐飲娛樂和商場樣樣俱全。酒店早餐也很豐盛，而且價格實惠。訂了一間帶投影儀和大幕的親子房，晚上還可以看電影。衞生間和洗浴乾濕分離，非常人性化，下次來荊州玩兒還要住運七。

地理位置優越，價格親民！唯一不足就是床單、被單，還有浴巾架的毛巾和浴巾相對比較陳舊，應該使用年限比較長了，建議酒店管理人員可以關注一下細節，還有窗户邊很多灰！窗簾布有點灰塵，如果在條件允許下洗洗清理一下，客户可能體驗會更好！整體90分
