房間挺大的，各種東西也有一住就是三天，愛上這樣的大房間，離火車站近，走路5分鐘到，到各個景點也近，下回來荊州還住這裏

在攜程上連絡店家電話是打不到的，要去到酒店樓下的牌子才找到電話，連絡到給密碼自助入住
酒店的位置有點難找，因為到門口都看不到雲端酒店的名字，要進去大廈才看到有標示雲端酒店是在大廈內
房間有洗衣機，洗衣液和晾衣架，對要洗衣服的人來説，是方便的
附近有些小店吃飯，也近火車站
空調功能不行，暖氣不暖

房間乾淨，位置很方便距離客運站步行8分鐘，火車站進站口步行13分鐘，樓下有超市，快餐，坐公交車也很方便。
