總體還不錯，地理位置比較好。到店準備停車，保安一句問前台了事，最後停在旁邊居民巷子裏，自費；辦理入住前台直接開了別人還在入住的房間，進房間尷尬死，雖然事後送了水果表示歉意，體驗感真的差；房間洗澡沒有涼拖；晚上睡覺衞生間味道大。

房間乾淨整潔，服務很到位，然後房間裏面的傢俱設計也非常合理，出差洗兩件衣服都有地方晾。更好的是，酒店還有洗衣機，烘乾機！每天還貼心送上水果。全屋小愛同學智能控制，方便！

在這住的還是蠻舒適的，最喜歡的就是出行方便，離萬達也近，走路幾分鐘就到了，裏面服務環境，工作人員服務態度，都是可以的，很熱情，而且進去就能聞到一股淡淡的幽香，最喜歡的就是這點了，很不錯的一次體驗，前台還會特別詢問，晚上有免費的甜品，點心要不要送到房間裏去，可惜我兩三天晚上都有事，就沒要了，總之，非常的好，對了，小愛同學相當奈斯，我全程都不用手，直接語音操作，對我這個懶人來説，真的yyds

前台服務人員熱情，反映問題處理及時；
客房阿姨主動禮讓、服務熱情；
交通：離方特車程約十五分鐘左右，從酒店步行7-8分鐘可到萬達，吃喝方便；
停車：院內停車免費，但場地有限；
設施設備：衞生間熱水供應穩定；冬季空調開啟需十分鐘左右預熱，温度恆温效果一般，要麼被熱醒要麼被冷醒，春節房源緊張被分到的房間，窗外一排掛機噪音大影響入睡；

過年一家三口住這家酒店四晚，拖着兩個大行李幾件小行李，前台安排好房間上三樓，發現電梯上來還要左拐爬半截樓梯，對行李多的住客不太友好。進房間安頓發現地毯上有瓜子殼沒打掃乾淨，地毯上有大團的帶絮的灰塵，我們很累沒有説什麼就這樣住下了。我們白天出門下午比較晚或者晚上回去，第二天回酒店發現地上那個瓜子殼還在，説明保潔衹是簡單清理房間沒有打掃地面。第三天回來發現清潔工人在拿掃把打掃隔壁房間，我還跟家屬説難怪地毯上有灰，他們拿掃把打掃地毯沒有用吸塵器。開門進房間發現我們的房間竟然都沒有打掃，出來問了一下，幾個工作人員互相問了幾句發現是忘了打掃我們的房間。於是趕緊給我們打掃，也衹是換了下衞生用品就沒了，因為有小朋友在不想她們掃的到處是灰塵就沒再説什麼了，最終讓我忍不住過來評價是因為住到後面身上起了好多小疙瘩，特別癢，好幾天也沒消下去，我估計是床鋪衞生情況不太好，被蟲咬了。總之整體對這個酒店的衞生情況太失望了。

經常出差到荊州，之前一直住的全季，後來那裡有事，要住萬達附近，一看是新開的就來了，環境真好，主要是前台有個叫糖果的小姐姐，那天感冒了，還給我們送了銀耳湯，感謝糖果小姐姐，推薦！
