The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff are warm, polite, and provide meticulous service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, the quality is consistently high and the service is thoughtful, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.

What makes me most satisfied is the health and environment, which must be said well. I really didn't have to pick it in terms of hygiene, which completely dispelled my concerns about going out to stay in the hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I felt very refreshing. The floor was clean and there was no dust and hair. The sheets and quilts were just changed at first glance, with a faint fragrance, no stains or smells; The bathroom is even more bright, the toilet, sink, shower area are all polished brightly, the mirror has no water stains, even the floor drain is cleaned very clean, there is no smell. See the details at the heart, even the remote control, door handles and these high-frequency contact places, feel sterile, and live particularly at ease. The environment is also very comfortable, the hotel lobby is decorated in a simple atmosphere, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, and it is very relaxing when waiting. The layout of the room is reasonable, it will not feel crowded, the windows are well lit, and the curtains feel very bright. The most rare thing is that the sound insulation effect is very good. Although it is facing the street, the noise outside is basically not heard at night, and I sleep very well. Although the surrounding area is not bustling, it is better than clean and it is very comfortable to walk downstairs. Overall, for this health and environment, it is worth coming again, the price is very high~

I recently took a short trip to Jining with my family and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Innovation Valley branch) in the High-tech Zone. For a family outing, this place is simply perfect, from its hardware facilities to its soft services. First, I have to highlight the excellent front desk service. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. During check-in, the young lady at the front desk was not only efficient but also incredibly thoughtful, taking into account our needs with a child. She proactively asked if we needed kids' toiletries and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. This kind of meticulous care made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, instantly washing away our travel fatigue. The hotel lobby design is also a major highlight, with a very stylish ambiance. It features Hilton Garden Inn's characteristic 'HUB' lobby design, which integrates gathering, leisure, and business functions. In the spacious and bright hall, there are not only comfortable seating areas but also a self-service beverage bar and a co-working space. After checking in, my family and I relaxed in the lobby for a bit, enjoyed some cold drinks, and our child played nearby. The entire space is both stylish and cozy, perfect for families to spend time in. Stepping into the room, the cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spacious, well-laid out, and spotlessly clean. Even the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The bedding was soft and comfortable; my child didn't want to get out of bed! It's worth noting that the sofa in the room could easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, perfectly accommodating our family of three. The attention to detail in the design was very thoughtful. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! There was a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. From freshly ground coffee and waffles to steaming hot local specialties, it was nutritious and delicious. The kids enjoyed it, and the adults were satisfied, too. A hearty breakfast truly kick-started a day full of energy. In summary, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jining Innovation Valley was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to all families traveling to Jining!

Stayed here during Chinese New Year. The environment is nice, and even when I did my laundry late at night, it was delivered back to me in the morning as requested. Plus, there are many snack shops nearby. It's pretty good.

Like 👍 Facilities: The bedding is very comfortable. There is a robot service. There is a water bar, coffee in the lobby. Hygiene: I don’t have to say. I passed by and saw the cleaning staff doing hygiene very carefully.

The breakfast variety is very rich for guests to choose from. It is delicious and not expensive. It is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel service was truly excellent; the staff were all very welcoming. While checking in, I mentioned to my friend that I was feeling a bit unwell with a cold, and a receptionist immediately gave me a cup of cold medicine, reminded me to drink plenty of water, and introduced me to the hotel's breakfast, laundry room, gym, and nearby shopping centers—so thoughtful! After check-in, they even gave me complimentary fruit—peaches, bananas, and cherry tomatoes. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was super effective. The next morning, while having breakfast, I ran into the same receptionist who had checked me in at the restaurant. She again introduced me to the hotel's breakfast, which featured a very wide variety of options. She was truly attentive. We chatted briefly, and I specifically asked her name. It turns out that this thoughtful young lady even has a lovely name—Dandan. Overall, I had a very pleasant trip, and the hotel met all my expectations. I highly recommend it.
