來泉州出差入住這家公寓，優點缺點公平公正一下大家僅供參考，優點:機場出來走路15分鐘就到公寓，很方便，户型很協調，簡單整齊傢俱齊全，最重要的價格便宜哦，缺點:牀板硬的一晚上沒睡好，一晚上醒很多次，衞生間的地漏反臭，整個下水道味很重，瀰漫到房間，密碼鎖不能反鎖

1️⃣床單上有好些毛髮，圖片上已經是撣過以後了。房間裏面衹有廁所有紙。2️⃣房門不能反鎖。3️⃣公寓所處樓還沒有修好，這邊一半是公寓，另外一半還在裝修，所以電梯還是毛坯的樣子。不過因為國慶沒有漲價，這一點能接受。4️⃣房東態度差，回答問題喜歡反問，很沒有禮貌。那麼喜歡質問別人，做什麼服務行業呢？問wifi 密碼，就回答：在盒子上，自己看啊。這一點耐心都沒有，開什麼公寓？5️⃣沒有漲價，並不是你沒有禮貌和衞生不乾淨的理由。

就在泉州晉江機場對面而已，全新的裝修，房間很大，有電梯，唯獨床偏硬，對我這種喜歡軟床的客人來説比較不友好，由於是剛裝修好的加上過年期間保潔阿姨人手不夠，房間桌椅櫃子來不及擦乾淨，衞生條件希望可以改進
