The self-service coffee and tea in the first-floor lounge area are a thoughtful touch, available anytime. Breakfast was delicious, with ample time to eat without feeling rushed. Overall, the facilities and service are top-notch."

"Smart room, dirty mirror, smells like an ashtray. Very noisy location, but pretty comfortable bed. Could not change the tv channel - only off or on. Excellent service by the airport pickup driver - staff number 819. Was able to message to arrange pickup. Hotel does not offer drop off though (just use DiDi). Good for a shower and nap, but not much else. Don’t forget to set up AliPay so you can go around the corner for 7/11 snacks. Bring your inhaler if you occasionally get asthma."

I arrived very late, but she was smiling and friendly throughout, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her service was professional yet warm, which made me feel incredibly comfortable while traveling. Thanks to Lacey's thoughtful service, my stay was fantastic.
