I booked a 6-day stay online, but the room was not cleaned once. The owner is so rubbish.

I came back late at night and the password was correct. The system was wrong and I couldn't open the door. I called the landlord but he was sleeping. I was locked out. If my friend's house wasn't nearby, I would have slept on the street. The next day, the cleaner opened the door and packed up before midnight without asking if I wanted anything else.

Overall it is clean and sanitary. There are washing machines, kettles, etc. The room is quite spacious. The sofa was basically stain-free. It is more convenient to organize clothes. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Good night and sleep well. The bed is in good condition, with new sheets and quilt covers, and no odor. There is a wardrobe under the stairs.
