Terrible service and a really bad experience. There wasn't any toilet paper in the room; I had to ask for this tiny roll, and they were quite unhelpful about it.

The owner was really great! My flight was delayed, so I didn't leave Huanglong Airport until 11 PM. The owner called to check if I had arrived safely. Seeing that I had a cold and two small children, he specifically gave me some high-altitude precautions and advised me to go to Jiuzhaigou early to avoid traffic and crowds in the morning. He didn't rest until he made sure our room was arranged. Downstairs, breakfast and late-night snacks were both convenient! He even waited for my kids to wake up, bought us breakfast, and drove us to the park entrance. So grateful!

Didnt put any high expectation on this hotel. But suprisingly this hotel provide a bery excellent service. From check in process and cleae explanation, free drop off at jiuzhaigou valley park early in the morning, complete amenities, electric heater and plus point, the toilet have bidet!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻surely gonna stay here again if come to jiuzhaigou again
