The last stop on our Sichuan trip is the beautiful Jiuzhaigou Valley in Aba. I booked a parent-child room and a standard room online for two nights. Unexpectedly, this was my worst choice. Jiuzhaigou Nine Journey Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center Branch) is located at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. The transportation is relatively convenient, but the environment, hygiene, facilities, and service attitude are really speechless. It is the worst hotel we have stayed in this time. The price is not cheap. It is only about 50 meters away from the road, so the noise is very loud. The room facilities are simple, there are only two broken hangers, there are only three clothes hooks in one, and the hot water needs to be left for a while. . When I visited Jiuzhaigou in the morning, I greeted the front desk and asked to clean the room and replenish toiletries and drinking water. When I returned to the room at 5 p.m., I found that the bathroom had been cleaned. I had thrown two toiletry bags on the sink. The ones I put on last night were not packed away. Not only were the disposable slippers I wore not replaced, they were not even packed away. I guess the window sills and tables were not wiped either. There was no replenishment of drinking water. I asked the front desk. The first time I told him that I had gone to have dinner and it was not delivered. The second time I asked the front desk, I said it was being delivered but it had not been delivered for more than an hour. The third time I called to urge the delivery of drinking water, they said it was delivered by mistake. The front desk hung up the phone after saying that, but it took more than ten minutes and it still hadn't been delivered. This is the worst service. The lights in the parent-child room are not bright, the smell is strong, and the facilities are also old and incomplete. Poor service attitude.

Location: This hotel is 1 kilometer walk from the entrance of the scenic spot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is not close. Many people live in Mizoguchi. The Mizoguchi side is also about the same distance from the scenic spot, but Mizoguchi side is very prosperous! Eat a lot! And this hotel does not provide pick-up service! It is still recommended to live in Mizoguchi! Facilities: Tucao! The toilet is very small! The hot water was hot and cold, and the shower was broken on the first day, and the floor drain was clogged. When I took a shower, it was filled with water! What’s even funnier is the hair dryer! If you blow it for 1 minute, it will trip and you have to wait for 5 minutes. It takes a long time to wash your hair and blow it! The front desk also confidently said that their hair dryer is like this, overheating protection. Does this mean I haven't used a hair dryer? It's obvious that the facilities are too old. I spent tens of dollars on Taobao to buy a hair dryer and put it in the room for the guests. Can't we improve it? There is no elevator, so carry your luggage by yourself! Environment: Very old decoration Service: The front desk has a stinky face and the service attitude is mediocre!

The room is very clean. The hotel is only one kilometer away from the Jiuzhaigou ticket office. The hotel has its own parking lot. When cars come in and out, the security guards will direct the cars to park safely. They are very responsible.

A batch of rubbish. It was after 12 o'clock and it was said that the guests had not checked out and the room was not cleaned. When we went there at 3.30, it was still not cleaned. After we checked in and got to the room, two people came to clean it. After cleaning it, we collected it. It's rubbish. Please change the bedding. The room is not cleaned. The room facilities are shabby and everything feels dirty. By the way, the floor heating will be turned off in the middle of the night. I wake up from the cold in the middle of the night. I'm drunk. It's a bad experience.

A very satisfying experience, the price is affordable, and the floor heating is great in winter. Hot water is available 24 hours a day, not far from the mouth of Jiuzhaigou Valley.
